What do you like best about the product?
Having all things social media management in one place and being able to collaborate across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer for Hootsuite to have more accessibility features built in, such as alt-text for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling so I don't have to manually post each day.
Having team collaboration so all members can access data so I don't have to personally create reports for each person.

What do you like best about the product?
-Great interface and mobile app
-Product constantly being improved
-Amplify add-on great for advocacy and promoting branded content
-The account manager is super responsive and always willing to help
-Standard support provides prompt solutions
-Good UX is good, but I feel it is a bit visually chaotic on some pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Reporting: although you can customise your own reports, it has limitations. I have to create 3 pages and long scrolling to get my data. Other solutions give you everything in a concise and digestible way.
- Their AI features still need more work to really make them usuefull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Amplify allows us to keep brand consistency for HR-related posts to promote positions.
-Analyse our data and make better content
-Control several contributors in one place
-Past post reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me keep track and shedule upcoming social media posts.

Weird issues with twitter such as tagging not working.

Social media scheduling on multiple platforms is a life saver.

It saves time and effort and quickly aligns company stakeholders on messaging, timing of posting, and learning what people are saying about us on multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows all members of the team and some external stakeholders access to content, comments/messages, and reporting, which helps save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports don't allow us to get as granular as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting access, scheduling/monitoring social content. Saves time and allows others to pull their own reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is having all the data and analytics in the platform ready for the client. I love how you can also customize them into a fun report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule reoccurring posts (ex: once a month on Mondays) instead of having to click "scheduled and duplicate" numerous times. I have a reminder post we like to post twice a month, so this does get repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to have all content in one area, and all of our team has access to it. I also like how the platform will scale the image best for the platform. This cuts down the time on making graphics.

What do you like best about the product?
Learning and using it in customer care and engaging with the customers is straightforward. So my team can work efficiently on the tool to reply to our customer's inquiries and complaints.
also, the App is a very helpful addon as I can handle the incoming while not having my laptop
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing, from my point of view, is the reporting and analytics metrics. Hootsuite missed a lot of performance metrics, and also they need to add a feature that allow us to put our sentiment on each message
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helped me to get all incoming messages from a different source and bring them together in one place, which allows us to handle all incoming message in less time compared if we handle them from each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to duplicate posts in order to share them across multiple pages. Being able to have all of my streams in one place to review activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations with Google my business to be able to schedule posts. I wish you could add Instagram Reel sounds before you post, although I know that might be a limitation set through instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They continue to add new features all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the add-ons that Hootsuite provides such as Owly writer for helping to write posts; the access to other free photos, and gifs, the inspiration stream, the ability to duplicate posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule stories directly in IG, or reels and stories in Facebook. I wish they would add that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily schedule and manage content, and generate reports. And write posts.
