Happy with Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things is being able to alter the copy for each platform in one post. Also love the Grammarly integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with Glassdoor and Indeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us streamline our publishing capabilities and process and also allows us to better manage our inbox.
Great tool to start your social media management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that the tool allows and simplifies the publication of a post on different social medias I think this saves time and helps to avoid errors
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a program for their training. I think it was a lot of information left out from this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem we had at first, was the lack of approval for different posts and with Hootsuite we have this tool now.
Great Platform For Our Hospitality Company!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been beneficial for us to schedule posts out in advance for our 30 hotels and 9 restaurants. Our marketing team has been able to save so much time creating posts and focus on creating higher quality content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides that we have experienced using Hootsuite are some of the levels of permissions that the social media applications allow them to have. For example, you can't actually post stories directly they just become a draft in your Instagram app, and you have to log in to finish posting. I know it is something they are working with Meta on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed us to keep track of our numerous social media accounts so much easier. I can monitor what my interns are up to on a daily basis and track their posting performance. From a team aspect it comes in handy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule social media posts in advance is excellent. I use it to plan social media campaigns in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the analytics could be improved. I find that they can be quite confusing to digest and you don't get a full picture of how each channel is performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a large organisation, we have a number of individuals working on different social media campaigns. Hootsuite allows us to manage a large number of campaigns, ensuring that content is spaced out appropriately.
A social media managers best friend
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how easy it is to get team members onboarded. The overall structure of the platform is clean, the help provided is simple and generally, it takes a lot of stress out my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the 3 years that I've been using it it doesn't seem to have innovated as much as other platforms. I know it's fairly restricted by APIs but generally I haven't come across an update that I'm excited by. It's always met with a downside... e.g. the scheduling of IG stories, however not having the ability to link out in said stories or use the interactive function features... to give one example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a global company we have a lot of markets and channels that we need to have a holistic view on. For me, going into Hootsuite I can see everything that's going out, pull things easily in the case of a crisis comms issues, as well as seeing reports in one dashboard. It's really the convenience

What do you like best about the product?
It is the only way to manage this many accounts in one place, and the integrations are improving. I also appreciate how much Hootsuite is constantly trying to improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a lot of different workflows that aren't correctly set up for someone who isn't just posting generated/stock photo content. I also find many issues with not being able to upload youtube videos in anything except mp4. In addition, there should be no maximum photo size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to keep track of a multitude of different social accounts across so many different platforms, and it also really helps with simplifying workflow as well
Cannot work professionally with social media without Hootsuite

Although Hootsuite offers analytics, they can be basic on some plans. For detailed, in-depth analytics, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan or use additional tools. Also, With so many features, Hootsuite can feel overwhelming at first, especially for beginners. It takes time to understand the full range of capabilities, and some users may find the interface a bit complex initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a big company with many channels and many marketers. Using Hootsuite it helps us keeping our passwords and channels save, tracking the social media activity, plan posts in advance and also create reports in a very fast and easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
Its tried-and-true, no-nonsense approach to social media management is exceptional. Its added capabilities further boost the value quotient.

A learning curve, but that's with any proprietary dashboard.

It keeps all things in one place and provides us with a comprehensive snapshot of our brand voice on social.
Efficient way to manage social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I only have to spend about five minutes and I'm able to schedule social posts for weeks. I recently had a friend compliment me on how consistently I post and at first I didn't know what they were talking about because it takes very little time or effort to maintain a consistent presence online
What do you dislike about the product?
One potential drawback of Hootsuite is its pricing. While there's a free plan with limited features, accessing the full range of capabilities requires a paid subscription. For small businesses or individuals on a tight budget, the cost of Hootsuite's premium plans may be prohibitive, especially when compared to other social media management tools that offer similar functionality at a lower price point.

It allows me to save time and effort, streamlining social media management tasks, and allowing me to maintain a consistent online presence. From an outbound posting standpoint, it's super easy.
Excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customization of analytics and the scheduling features. I've experienced some issues with integrating Meta to our Hootsuite due to issues with Instagram and the customer service team was extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the AI feature is there yet, it's helpful for brainstorming but it's not quite at the level it needs to be for social media inspiration. I'm not sure how it can be improved further, other than continuing to work on it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite recently came out with competitive bench mark analytics. It's really beneficial because we previously had to use Rival IQ to do that but now we can do it within Hootsuite for the same price.
