Great for some features, analytics could be better

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a vital part of our analytics because it has tagging features. We split up the kinds of content we post with Hootsuite tags. We're able to see how videos perform in relation to static photos, or how certain products rank against other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite post performance analytics are all around good, there is the occasional issue that the terms they allow you to sort by do not match the terms you can sort by on the social media site itself, but that doesn't stop business. The main issue is that the account analytics are horrible. The dashboard is hard to read, the user experience is not intuitive, and the metrics are not the typical ones social media marketers gravitate to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to schedule our social media posts in advance and gives time suggestions based on user activity, which gives me more time for other kinds of work. It also allows us to tag and sort our social media posts by content types, product types, and campaign types so we can bench mark analytics against each other and analyze which kinds of posts do best.

it helps the whole teams to analyze trends and make our every day work easier, we use it to post on facebook instagram tweeter and our everyday became a whole lot easuer

Reliable and easy to use social scheduler

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for coming up to 6 years now. The core platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive, and good value for money.

I like the Hootsuite brand, its content, and what it stands for. If I reach out to a customer success rep, I can usually expect a pretty prompt response.

I am excited about new developments that Hootsuite is working on such as AI-generated content suggestions and improvements via OwlyWriter AI.

I would recommend the platform to others working in social.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Hootsuite's added value features, aside from the core functionality, have been a bit clunky. We trialed the employee advocacy bolt-on, as well as the social listening, and weren't massively impressed with either of those.

Little things are annoying like when you've paid to have a verified Twitter account and thus are allowed an extended character count, but when scheduling through Hootsuite, this isn't allowed.

Sometimes bugs and doesn't share a post to a certain network for no obvious reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is making it easier to plan, schedule and optimise organic social content across all of our channels. It streamlines this activity and helps us save time and become more proactive and agile in our social media management.

A seamless experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has completely changed the way we work on social media. Its all-in-one platform is easy to use and useful. Having everything in one place really makes our job of doing everything much simpler!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the big wave of layoffs, getting support takes a bit more time but they still reply within a reasonable timeframe. Our account manager is awesome and always available. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has everything in one place so it lowers the risk of discrepancies and having to look through multiple platforms. Their Owly Writer also really helps in cases of writers block.

Streamline social media with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy to use HootSuite is. The interface makes social media interaction and management a breeze, allowing users to access multiple profiles at once, while providing helpful tools such as link shorteners and publishing schedules to make content planning easier. In addition, streams help you keep track of any hashtag selections or topics by showing when someone has referenced your post - truly invaluable! Its effectiveness exceeds all expectations, so I highly recommend using Hootsuite if you need help managing your company/client's online presence in terms of effective segmentation and scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that Hootsuite often struggles to show users comprehensive analytics, especially if you want more detailed reporting than what is provided in the basic plan. In addition, navigating the dashboard can be quite slow and clunky at times due to the somewhat outdated presentation of posts, which makes organising social media content a chore rather than the smooth sailing it should be for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of efficient social media management. This platform allows me to save time by scheduling posts for my accounts rather than having to post them manually every day.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Hootsuite is you can schedule your post. You select what content you would like to post and schedule the date and time you would like them published.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment there is nothing about Hootsuite that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a time management problem. You no longer need to spend a significant amount of time posting daily.

Terrible service

What do you like best about the product?
After 7 years of using this service, the system has failed. The API's aren't connected or correct. Leaving the many brands I manage left unable to gather vaulable insights or reporting. 3 months no resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service. Takes weeks to hear from anyone, including their chatbot. No issue is taken seriously. It has been months of an unusable platform, ignored via email and chat, without any resolution in sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has caused endless issues from incorrect insights, scheduling failing, video content resizing. Rubbish system.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and all the extra features. And they are always adding new services that are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my mobile version is a little hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had some issues in the past and come to find out it had nothing to do with Hootsuite, if as really Facebook issues on their end.
