Easily manage social media

What do you like best about the product?
My business is a small recruiting firm. We can not afford a marketing team. Hootsuite makes it very easy to manage social media posts.
I don't know about the competition. I like also that we can design through Canva. Huge plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I don't like about Hootsuite.

I am having issues linking my Instagram to Hootsuite, but I'm sure that's my problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't waste time going to different socials to post for the week or month. I can see my engagement, and I can "set it and forget it" until I'm ready to review analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is intuitive and easy to learn. The analytics package is pretty good. The best part is how it streamlines overall social media management. And they have a non-profit discount.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the interface. There is a lag when creating and editing content due to the connection with the social media platforms. It's an annoyance more than anything. And it doesn't seem to be unique to Hootsuite as other tools I've tested perform similarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines and centralizes management of multiple accounts. It also enables multiple team members to easily contribute. The benefit is more transparency and a better managed process.

its user-friendly interface and extensive range of features, it is a highly recommended and easy-to-use option.

Due to the platform's extensive capabilities, there is a learning curve involved in fully understanding and utilizing all the features Hootsuite has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts, and that Grammarly is integrated into the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advertise tab can be hard to use sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule posts in advance, so I don't have to manually post on a weekend or holiday.

Social Media Marketing Tool To Streamline The Workload

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides easy-to-use tools so content managers can focus on content creation versus the laborious task of posting to each SM site multiple times throughout the day. It is well worth the investment to streamline the process, and the scheduling tools make it easy to keep the information flowing even when you are on vacation. As a one-person SM team, I can focus on higher-level marketing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no autosave feature. When Hootsuite closed unexpectedly, all work was lost. They can improve their batch posting process. We have a trial download, but the post does not appear to allow identical posts multiple times in a batch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated and inclusive application and marketing to our SM streams in a single location.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact it's a one stop shop. You can post across multiple social media networks, boost posts and even reply to comments. I love that it gives you access to reports as well. It's very helpful to see how your posts are tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to individually re-schedule posts if you need to change the original post date. I wish it gave the option to re-schedule all posts at the same time for the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before, I love that I can create the same post and post it simultaneously across all our social platforms. I also love the new feature (or not so new feature) where you can change the image to suit the social network without having to create three separate posts.

Organized way of posting content

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast to find images and to post simultaneously in different social networks, as a rookie for this kind of platforms is really fast to learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes some posts are not schedule because either Facebook or Instagram new policies had changed, but besides that is easy to manage the posts, delete or duplicate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time that is the most powerful one, I can upload and create the posts for a whole year in advanced and being able to have time to keep my work on the right track. That´s the most important thing that Im happy while using Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how I can schedule and manage of all of my platforms in one place.

The cost seems a bit high. The investment is worth it though.

I can manage all my platforms in one place and they have a built in AI feature. I also enjoy the suggested publishing time that help boost engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
When our company first began using Hootsuite, it was a game changer. Made scheduling SO much easier as well as interacting with patrons in our comments and DMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now, after much time has passed, I'll randomly find that a post never went up with no notification that such a thing happened.

There won't be a reason or anything. It will just say it failed. It doesn't even try again in a few minutes.

I don't work every day, so I won't catch it until later and be extrememely disappointed.

The new inbox is HORRIBLE. I cannot stand it nor the way it default sorts by oldest comments. I don't get notifications like I used to and it's much harder to "dismiss" old messages I don't need anymore.

This on top of the push for AI in all things has made it hardly worth the money.
