Perfect for 24*7 Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's Planner is easy to use, with an intuitive UI for scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing accidental "live" posts from Hootsuite's Planner would be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me schedule posts for potential listeners to my podcast across multiple timezones.

What do you like best about the product?
The day I was introduced to Hootsuite my work life turned around, literally. From day one the platform has been amazing. Product support has always been fantastic in the very few engagements I have had to deal with them. And they have had some pretty exciting innovations over the past few years.
Check them out, you won't regret it!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. It's an altogether pleasant expereience using this platofrm and I can't fault it in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Hootsuite for social media management across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
It's a powerful, easy to use tool that does exactly what it claims to.
Makes my life much simpler and cuts out so much time manually trying to manage things.
I can only imagine all the other features are just as great!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am now able to post in both French and English and select the appropriate segment of my market properly. The new Ai feature has helped me in those moments when I have writer's block, and the Grammarly built-in feature makes spotting last-minute copy mistakes a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to understand better how to build reports for social media performance better. It does not give me exactly the info I need, and I think that getting training on Hootsuite could make my life as a Digital Marketer easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are based in Quebec, and the government requires us to post in both languages. Hootsuite has made posting in different languages a breeze, and it has given me tools for social media monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is intuitive to use and keeps getting better. It gets more and more robust with added features often, and the help is quick and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite requires more steps than what seems necessary to do certain things such as moving between channels and tagging in the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Hootsuite now shows me when my clients add to their SM channels.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and a great help to manage multiple accounts.
The planner is a fantastic tool to get a better visualization of the media posts and to know what's the best time to post something.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s expensive for a small business that works with non-profit foundations.
The limit for the number of accounts it can get is low. It would be great if different social networks (like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) could count as one for the same business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to post several posts on different social networks in the same place and is very useful for scheduling the best time to do it.
It saves a lot of time, and we are just starting to use AI; it gives great content ideas.

Sometimes IG reels fail, and I have to post off my phone.

I love the Analytics part and the ability to customise the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface, some functions (streams, Inbox, Assignments) are not the most user-friendly on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage a large number of tasks and my team on the same interface.
We save time, Hootsuite helps us get organised.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to have multiple representatives from other areas of the company within Hootsuite to be able to address different messages from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the inability to upload videos directly from Drive. This is vital for today's Social Media Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is my primary tool for the position I'm in at my company. I schedule, analyze, look at results, and then propose changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it help me organise my daily work. With my current clients, the sofware allows me to manage their daily posts at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system sometimes lacks information and cannot be easily customised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple client's social accounts. Save time posting one by one per channel and reduce manual work. It helps me completing ad-hoc tasks more quickly and help my team see clearly the data based on the dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reports tell us quite a bit about who we're reaching, helping to attract followers. Also, I love the AI tool. It has signficantly decreased the time it takes to craft a quality post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics don't allow multi-year reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with prospective online students and promotions of our products and industry trends.
