Best Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Best Tool to Manage Social Media Accounts in one place. It helps us to increase productivity of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit high, but big companies can afford this tool. It increases productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to increase productivity of the organization by managing multiple social media platforms and accounts in one place.
I like it but expensive

The posting across all platforms is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I add content in to be posted to a platform, I get a notice that the format doesn't work which is strange. I usually have to lower the quality or the size to make it work. I wish it would work better with larger size files! It's also a bit expensive for a small business or agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across multiple channels is super valuable to me. Along with analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best and most complete tool for social media management in general; it integrates features for virtually everything from social listening, management, and scheduling content to posting, social media analytics and more. It is excellent for managing multiple accounts in one place, we have been using it to control all the social media accounts of the organization, and it has never given us problems; on the contrary, it has allowed us to interact much more with the audience and not to neglect essential details for the success of the future business and customer retention. Hootsuite has been very well-regarded and helpful to the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of Hootsuite is its price which may scare off smaller businesses; however, for all that it has and how to complete it is for managing social networks, I consider it worth it. It could also integrate an option to tag people or brands in the images. Currently, it has to be done manually through social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first thing I would highlight about Hootsuite is its function to plan and schedule publications in various social networks through the same place; it has dramatically simplified the work, saved a great deal of time, and allowed us to keep each account updated. Its social listening functions have allowed us to be aware of what is happening regarding the audience's interaction with our published content, to know trends and evaluate the competition to plan our content better. At the level of analysis and monitoring is effective; it allows us to see the reach and other performance metrics in a simple and unbeatable way.
Great platform with some limitations

The depth, ease of use, and monitoring of competing or complementary channels are wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to manage multiple identities was too limiting

Hootsuite makes monitoring competitive social media channels easy as you manage your own.
Solid All-in-One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Has the basics for everything related to social media. Extra perks with connecting to 3rd party apps is nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic data analytics is a negative. Something a little nit picky is not as customizable for data sheets and export scheduling.

Have all low and high-level items in one place and provide data on each.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite has so many learning opportunities and I am able to schedule on multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like I don't know what all is available on Hootsuite. I don't think I am getting all of the features that I could be utilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us solve problems around determining best times to post and scheduling out content on multiple channels at once to make the process more productive.
Easy to use social scheduling platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily schedule out posts for multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some video scheduling capabilities could be improved, such as adding captions and SRT files while scheduling video content. I would also love the ability to tag in non-company profiles while creating posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to keep an organized content calendar with multiple people working on our social media together to see what content is going out and when. Also helps us to track links and gather performance analytics quickly.
Replaced our external social agency
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite combines many features that makes posting to multiple social platforms a breeze. It's also a great place to answer all of your comments and messages from one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, some important messages from followers are getting lost in the Unassigned inbox as these don't send automatic emails so that they can be dealt with. I understand an update is coming soon that will address this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us a ton of time and we're able to schedule posts in-house. Previously, we worked with a social agency and upon taking it in-house we realize that a lot of what we thought were the agency's strengths was actually Hootsuite doing the work behind the scenes.
