Hootsuite to Manage Customer Interactions on Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an effective tool for aggregating and responding to customer feedback on social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is limited in what sites it can pull into the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and the platform is consistently working on improvements, significantly as social media platforms change and grow. Great customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, scheduled posts drop, and this is especially inconvenient on weekends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts; planning content ahead; collaborating with teammates. These are all time-savers.
Making Social Media Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an intuitive, user-friendly social scheduling platform. It is easy to communicate between departments on our needs. I am on the platform daily, looking at data, scheduling posts, responding to messages, etc. We recently added new members and a new company to our team, and they were able to hop on board quickly and adapt to our strategy. It's nice to have a responsive representative there to help and share new features. I also love the continuing education aspect of monthly webinars and training opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I enjoy using the platform. There are always going to be a few bugs here and there. Over time Hootsuite has done a good job adapting to new social features that come out, sometimes slower than we would like, but I understand it's a lot of new pieces and moving parts. And social platforms only give you so much information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has a lot of social tools in one place. There are a lot of helpful tools, which can be overwhelming if you don't know how to use them, but they are useful. I use Hootsuite to grab data and share it with my team monthly. I especially like scheduling posts ahead of time. If our best time to post is after work hours or if I am out of town, I don't need to worry about it!
User-friendly, easy to scale and amazing support!
What do you like best about the product?
My organization has been a Hootsuite user for more than 13 years. We've found that it continues to be a great program to scale when you have a significant group handling social media for their respective areas within the organization (and are often wearing a number of hats). Hootsuite is user-friendly and makes it easy to empower others to manage their social accounts responsibly by planning ahead, understanding analytics and maintaining consistency. This year's Talkwalker acquisition shows Hootsuite's drive to innovate, do more and provide the best services that can to their customers. Our primary contacts with Hootsuite over the years have been a huge asset to help us through any issues we've encountered and the support team is fast and thorough. They're a joy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary frustrations we have with Hootsuite have more to do with Tiktok/Meta/Twitter/LinkedIn APIs than Hootsuite. We know they're at the mercy of those companies but they do a good job of communicating with us about what is going on when there are issues and are always working on a path forward to getting us the access we request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite to do a tremendous amount of planning, listening, engaging and data creation and processing. Having a centralized place to handle the large volume of social media channels we're responsible for is incredibly valuable. Hootsuite and their partner products are a huge part of the success of our soical channels.
Great experience with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows us to schedule our content at the right times, edit content all in one place, and is constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform connections are often lost, causing us to have to reconnect again and our posts on that platform to stall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves us loads of time by allowing us to duplicate and pre-schedule posts all in one place rather than having to deal with each individual platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Hootsuite meets the daily needs of creating, editing, approving and scheduling content for our team of six! The addition of recommended posting times, recommended hashtags, and Grammarly is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is easy to build reports in Hootsuite, the analytics capabilities are limited. It would be great to see these features continue to improve especially in building comparisons cross-platform and based on media type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team requires specific user permissions / workflow features to ensure that all content is going through the appropriate approval process. Hootsuite provides the necessary features to make sure that nothing gets missed.
Top Social Media Management solution, but needs a new edge to prove value over competition
What do you like best about the product?
A shared hub for all our business social media accounts is beneficial. Pulling analytics from a top-down view across said platforms has positively affected our social media workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business accounts are overpriced against competitors offering the same integrations with social platforms. Hootsuite has held a top spot in Social Media Management solutions for some time, but in a now saturated space, they need a new edge or differentiator to set itself apart from lower-priced competition.

Hootsuite simplifies social media management by providing a single, organized platform to store, plan, post, and manage content, making the job easier. The ability to schedule posts in advance makes strategic planning a breeze and helps to foster meaningful audience engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into some issues with staying connected to Hootsuite that were a huge pain and a big time suck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of approved posts getting lost in space, allows us to analyze performance, and engage with our audience efficiently. By streamlining social media management, we can focus on creating engaging content and strengthening our community connections.
Hootsuite has been a life-saver
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is so convenient to use and has made my job as a Social Media Manager for a relatively large healthcare company. The dashboard makes it easy to manage the many pages and apps I use in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I post a large number of job ads on Facebook and sometimes, the ad will be rejected when I go through Hootsuites, but if I post the exact same ad directly on Facebook, it posts just fine. I am not sure if this problem is more a Facebook problem or Hootsuites.
This is nit-picky here, but when I type a post that I am using emojis... It won't let me choose more than one at a time. I have to re-open the emoji box after I have chosen 1... then search again if I am using a 2nd or 3rd or however many others.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time mostly... It is really a time-saver to have 1 place that I can monitor, interact, and analyze my social media accounts. I do not have a team, it is just me running all of our Social Media accounts. If I did have a team, I can certainly see the benefits of sharing data and information together.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is clean, and it has a lot of the features I need in a social media management platform. I like being able to publish and schedule my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would like to see is an integration with Google Ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to schedule out my content for the week and gives me some jumping off points at times for content.
