Powerful tool with in-depth analytics and features simplifying the scheduling/drafting process
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics that Hootsuite provides are better than the average industry tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to navigate through all the features and can overwhelm the user at times without prior training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides owned content performance across platform in one dashboard.

I really like that i'm able to connect all my social media accounts under one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a bit more clarity on the amplify program and how thats different from the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to post for over 200 social accounts that it makes it easy to be able to manage all of them at once.
Easy to use to post and get analytic dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Sxchduling and posting acorss multiple platfdorms is a doddle. Ensuring data is avaialbe for evaluation means we can enure our content lands
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a bit clunky at times, Updates are outlined. I sometiem go in and things have moved about which when under a tight deadline isn't helpful (eg when image alt text was moved, took me a while to find out and I wasn't happy)

Seeing how all our platforms perform in one place. Posting acorss mutliple platforms is quick and easy.

What do you like best about the product?

- Hootsuite academy gives a great foundation to social media management and using the tool

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides one view of all social media channels, which helps us actively and efficiently manage our customer interactions.
Corporate content scheduling/analytics/social listening tools all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is our daily go-to for scheduling content (we particularly love the ability to tag products from our commerce catalog), analytics reports, and social listening. As a corporate brand with multiple subbrands and social media channels, it is integral for us to be able to manage our content all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hootsuite is great at taking feedback/user requests, there are a few features I wish would get pushed through and prioritized more expediently (for example, the capability to tag Facebook posts with items from the commerce catalog). There is also some discrepancy between the analytics from Meta and from Hootsuite, making it unclear which numbers we should use in our reporting metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lean mean social media team, Hootsuite gives us the gift of TIME! By having everything in one place and being able to easily and quickly schedule content, download pre-built analytics reports, and see all of your interactions, we can stay ahead of our workload.
Best All-Around Social Media Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I have access to all of my social media needs from one hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the add-on analytics tools were available with some business-enterprise plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our social media prescense and that of competitors saving time natigating the various platforms and apps.
Hootsuite is user-friendly and has simplified the social reporting process for our company.
What do you like best about the product?
The competitive analysis feature has been very helpful in comparing our top posts against other brands within our category. We pull inspiration from other brands too. Our represetnatives are very helpful and typically respond within 24-48 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be a good feature update to allow us to tag posts that already went live. This would help us with reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts to multiple platforms at once, which is helpful given our current team structure and lack of resources. We are also using the social listening capability to streamline efforts with brand ambassadors.
A Solid Social Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is the vast amount of integrations for platforms there are. Most review sites, even if not a native integration, has another way to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Hootsuite is sometimes the UI does not match up across the tool. It sometimes seems like they have updated some pages, but not others to match up the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite creates a place where we can go to monitor not only social but also our review sites, which is a very important addition for us.
Great platform for scheduling; could improve UX experience and analytics tools
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a convenient tool for scheduling social media posts to multiple platforms in an efficient, organized manner. It's comparable to competitors with similar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is comparable to competitors in the marketplace, it's a bit behind on UX experience, new/exciting tools, and effective analytics tracking. It also doesn't offer social listening or specific tools to assist with that (other than customizable feeds to track competitors/trends/etc.), and that's a huge area of improvement, especially considering the cost of the service overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not all social media platforms were created equal, and Hootsuite levels the playing field for scheduling content ahead of time, having it all in one place, and making sure you have visibility in multiple ways to multiple accounts. Some of its scheduling functionalities are even better than the platforms themselves, and I appreciate how easy and smooth it is to snap things into place when planning and scheduling content.
A Well-rounded, User Friendly Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides a robust set of social media tools that your organization can grow with, packaged in an easy-to-use user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor functionality improvements that could be made that would increase quality of life experiences using the tool. These are not major, and don't prevent you from doing anything, but would make the tool that much better.

Hootsuite provides a one-stop-shop for all of our social media activities in a centralized location. It provides efficiency, tracking, and reporting all from one tool.
