What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling, easy stream monitoring, easy-to-build reporting. Help team is quick and knowledgeable when issues do occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
No inbox filtering, some limitations with scheduling videos (adding SRT files, thumbnails etc. for some platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All-in-one social management service.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to schedule content and pulling in graphics from our DAM system
What do you dislike about the product?
moving content to another week- can't drag and drop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see analytics from all our posts. There are some instant results, but the best metrics are collected if you look a few days later. You are also able to boost Facebook and Instagram posts directly through Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule multiple posts on different channels seamlessly, it saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could post a tweet to two twitter accounts, right now I can only post to one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to save time when scheduling out social media posts in advance so we can do it all at once. It helps so I can save that time for other work.

I wish there were more capabilities for Google My Business, but that's not Hootsuite's fault!

Being able to post across all of our business channels with ease along with ability to edit images in app

Wonderful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and easy to use. With managing multiple accounts it makes it easy to move around and look through different reporting. Our CSM is always available to answer any questions. We use it every single day to review and schedule content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is sometimes slow to load and will need to continue to update TikTok capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place to review. It's refreshing to have all insights for multiple platforms in one place and to be able to monitor from one stream side by side.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can schedule posts in advance and see a calendar of posts that are coming up. I also love that I can see mentions because it gives me a chance to see what folks are saying about us. The reports feature is also super helpful for helping us strategize our next steps. In all, it's a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to schedule posts and generate reports in a streamlined fashion.

Fun to Utilize

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a wide array of options for your posting needs. The ease of use is apparent in its design, utilizing both a calendar and a listview for your accounts. The use of scheduling is clean and efficient and offers a wide array of plug-in options for your social media needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations are that of any social media scheduling site (i.e. stories cannot be posted automatically, edits cannot be made within 15 minutes of the post going out, etc.) and are not more extensive than what you would find on other sites. The natural negative traits lie in the paid services provided for each plan. Some offers are already included in most areas at no additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilized the service to run multiple school and church accounts, promoting and advertising events and services. Hootesuit provided means of accurately and adequately posting certain media to certain accounts allowing for proper advertising to the target audience.

What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to work with. You get 10 social media profiles to work with per basic package. it has Grammarly writing suggestions per subscription. You get to compare your data with competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a lot higher. I do not see options to lower the social media profiles connected to a subscription. If you want to add someone to your profile you have to choose a subscription for three people per profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use Hootsuite for my social media planning , but have switched to using Publer instead, because of the pricing and ease of use of Publer.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track posts and respond to questions or concerns from customers. Easy to manage and track results of multiple posts as well as see live data for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clunky updates at times, disconnecting from Facebook and Instagram and sometimes having to contact customer service if we have roles change within the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to streamline and plan postings ahead of time

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of great features that Hootsuite has, but the one I found the most useful was the ability to bulk-upload posts from a .csv file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the more expensive platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to plan and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms. Being able to schedule posts in bulk makes me more efficient.
