Social Media made easy

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and get started. We have multiple people using it and it makes it easy for us all the collaborate. I like that you can duplicate posts to make things easier to repost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is really hard when it comes to profiles. Making sure everyone has the same permissions. Also - it our accounts are disconnected pretty often - this is annoying because if you dont catch it fast enough, you miss scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to schedule posts and plan social media months in ahead. This helps to keep us on schedule. Also helps with collaboration efforts with my team and our outside agencies.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that hootsuite had a lot to offer social media managers from a management prospective
What do you dislike about the product?
It was way too complicated to figure out. Not very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts at the same time. This saves me time as a social media manager.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about Hootsuite is its reliable and effective all-rounder social media management tool with a wide range of social media networks such as FB, TW, LI, YT, and Instagram. Hootsuite excels at delivering on the essential aspects of social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Hootsuite. It is actually one of the best however, its a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me manage my personal and our company's social media accounts. You can simultaneously control multiple accounts and schedule in advance, monitor comments, see views, and overall social media analytics. It benefits us regarding A/B testing, audience targeting, and the best time to post our content. It works.

A fantastic tool for social media advertising

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HootSuite streamlines the process of managing and building a professional social media presence. It allows us to better manage multiple accounts, track, measure and analyse conversations across all our channels with in-depth analytics tools, and schedule content in advance to post at optimal times. You can gain greater insight faster using the intuitive dashboard that integrates all these features. It is both attractive and easy to use, so you can explore more metrics faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of clarity and detail in Hootsuite makes it difficult to learn how to use it. It is difficult for me to understand Instagram Stories without access to comprehensive tutorials or guides. Moreover, I am unable to utilize all of the tools available to me since I must download the app without Hootsuite's guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A Hootsuite dashboard makes managing my social media accounts convenient. Regularly monitoring each account's performance is my goal in order to strengthen my online presence.

Hootsuite don't have a transparent account deletion

What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't say I like anything about Hootsuite because I have a bad aftertaste, and I don't remember how it was. They took my hard-working money for nothing in return. Facebook has it for free not sure why we would have to pay for such lousy service
What do you dislike about the product?
Their account levels are not transparent, and it's almost impossible to delete the account or downgrade based on the customer's point of view. From their point of view, they make money while you struggle to find where to delete the account. It took me 6 months and $450 to close my account and hours spent on customer service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To post on multiple platforms at the same time, it's not worth the money spent nor their customer service quality

The clean interface, quite simple but to the point.

To high of a price compared to competition's plans with similar feature set.

Being able to post across all platforms in a unified platform, saves alot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a pretty simple interface and the automated social publishing calendar is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had numerous integration issues with our social accounts and the software was buggy.

Hootsuite helped with social media automation and the ability to manage all of our social platforms in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the oldest platform for SMM in the game, and the UI has been consistent through all of it. It is feature rich and reporting is built in for most subscription tiers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite, however, leaves many questions unanswered as to why it has not improved in as many years, while competitors have swooped in and delivered timely features addressing the needs of many who work this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They fill the space occupied by calendaring of the social media clients that we oversee. It is mission critical for our clients' presence and understanding the analytics behind it is important.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that you could manage everything - engagement, scheduling, insights, etc. - from the platform. It was mostly beginner-friendly, but it did take some learning time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were restrictions for how many social connections we could have which did not work for our agency. There was also a learning curve to it that didn't align with what we needed; it took too much time to learn the ins and outs for all our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could schedule out posts for our clients, keep up with engagement, and receive insights for how well our content was performing.
