Excellent Platform for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
The different views HS offers. I can look at my content by day, week or month. It also allows me to link numerous accounts. I believe I have 6 at the moment that are in HS and I can filter by company/platform or view everything. The feedback feature is also really nice. The analytics provided allow me to gauge which posts are performing the best and how we are doing overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately IG posts are limited to 1 photo and they have yet to perfect scheduling stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS ultimately saves me time which is money. FB offers creator studio but that does not include LinkedIn and can be glitchy at times

It is an official facebook partner, so I feel safe sharing my posts on all meta networks; without being blocked from any account
What do you dislike about the product?
prices are getting higher, compared to other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily schedule publications on different social networks, without having to do it manually. It also allows me to go out, and with the security that my photos will be published automatically at the time I scheduled them
Hootsuite has made posting to be more easier for me by scheduling a post anytime I want.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling part of the Hootsuite application because it allows me to schedule a post and help me to deliver the post even when I don't remember to send a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it difficult to schedule a post that contains images and video. Some of those posts with images don't usually schedule for posting for the next day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving my problem by helping me send a post without me posting by myself. It is benefiting because it does all of the jobs for me while I'm busy doing other things

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop to post to mulitple media channels at once. It's a great way to carry a branded message consistently across media without a lot of hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It only allows for a few channels before wanting to charge. I would love to spend ad dollars for promoting the media via Hootsuite without the upcharge for simple access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple media channels at the same time. Saves time and energy when branding and raising general awareness about Mathnasium of Tempe.We love empowering students with math skills for success in life.
Great functionality and tools
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and teach others how to use it. The platform is well-organized with a simple layout that enhances the user experience. It offers a wide range of functionalities, allowing for seamless management of social media accounts and campaigns. Customer support has always been amazing! Plus, when we rolled out and implemented HS for our social media team, the onboarding experience was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening tool was challenging to learn, and we didn’t see significant results during the trial period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a multi-layered organization with several brands, having Hootsuite has helped to integrate our SM team and activities all in one place.
A very useful tool. Comprehensive scheduling, useful analytics, helpful posting suggestions/times.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule content across multiple platforms and make changes to each one specifically makes it easy so I don't have to go to each platform to post content. Having the analytics available to see audience growth and best times to post is valuable. I appreciate the new Inspiration for content and integration with Canva. The ability to publish to mobile has been helpful when I want to use the tools directly in the app. It saves me time to start the post/story in Hootsuite. I also love being able to respond to messages across all our accounts from one location which works better than Meta for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't create reels in Hootsuite or outside the app at this time very often, so I can't use Hootsuite for that content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite give me one place to address all the comments across multiple platforms which saves me time trying to find them all, especially from our Meta ads. It helps save time for creating content that can be individualized for each platform rather than creating the content directly in each platform separately. I see the best analytics about our audience growth from Hootsuite, versus Meta. I can download reports to share with our Marketing VP and our team. They are visually appealing and help tell the story well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the new features, such as insights into different industries. It has allowed me to feel more supported and boost my company's engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it! I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me understand engagement across all of my social media platforms, which makes it easier than looking at each individual insight on each platform.
Why Hootsuite has made my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the home to all things social media marketing. When I go here, I can easily monitor multiple social media streams in one place, schedule posts in advance, and even view my analytics for each channel/platform based on my own set range of dates. It has made working in social media so much more coherent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only fault of Hootsuite thus far is the difficulty I had setting up and connecting all my channels to be able to schedule and monitor posts. The most challenging channel to connect was Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a platform that does it all in one place. By coming to this website, I am able to monitor the performance of my social media posts, analyze the analytics, and see what trends are most popular/what posts are performing the best. The most helpful thing Hootsuite solves for me, however, is being able to schedule my posts in advance. By doing this, I can easily stay ahead on my work and allow myself to have more free time on the weekends (or during the week) without having to worry about logging into each of my channels and posting individually.
Streamlines the whole social media process
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite reduces the sheer number of steps I have to take to create my posts over various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could search past posts from Hootsuite. Or search across all of my streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of logging into various platforms; it saves me a ton of time.
Doesn't match up to competitors
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and integrate with all of my social media accounts. It only took a couple of minutes between signing up and actually start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was pretty buggy and seemed to not work more than it actually worked. I eventually got frustrated and went to another application to manage my social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was mostly using Hootesuite to schedule social media posts on most my social media pages.
