What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and navigate as a new starter/first time user. It really helps to consoludate the message we want to send to market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm not really much to add to this bit.

Its great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its ensuring the material/content and message we are sending to the market and prospective customers is aligned and up-to-date.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy of scheduling social posts, and the analytics it provides on the performance of those posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of anything I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to view not only the social posts for my department but also for other departments in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use scheduler, and the Analytics are really good and always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the previews would render a little better - sometimes I post and it does not look the same as in the scheduler. but this is rare

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics features, especially being able to have them routinely emailed to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks many features. There are many content types that we have to post directly in app, simply because Hootsuite does not allow us to post them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to organize and schedule posts across platforms, as well as perform analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can post to all three of our social media accounts and tailor them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that you could post date social media posts, but it's not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to post to three separate social media accounts. Scheduling posts is so easy and it keeps track of parameters set by each site (word count for IG, image size/orientation for FB, IG, & T).

Great analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the calender layout; it allows me to see gaps in my posting easier. Additionally, I enjoyed the analytics section; the yearly wrap-up helped us organize our strategy for the coming year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing some of the posts can be annoying, especially if I have multiple posts on the same day and need to change the time or something. I have to change each one individually when I create the posts simultaneously and would prefer to edit them that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule my posts for a month at a time, saving me time throughout the month when I have other things I need to be focusing on instead. It also shows me all of my analytics in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. Especially for scheduling lots of content on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little extra effort to curate things like tagging and images for different platforms, but it ultimately optimizes the entire process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly streamlining the process and being a tool for developing and implementing our social media campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the accessibility features. The fact that I have a live checker to examine what the tone of my post is prior to sending it out truly helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Not sure what to post" features seem great when advertised, but looking at them after the paid subscription seems lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, posting on social media was a daily task that would take up time. Now I can schedule out a week in advance, sometimes more, thus increasing my efficiency by being mindful of my time.

What do you like best about the product?
Our upgraded Hootsuite Business account allows us to pre-schedule multiple posts for various social media platforms in one easy-to-use window.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improving the ability to tag accounts when creating posts for the various social platforms would be appreciated. Currently, this can be done for Facebook and Twitter, but does not seem to work for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves us a lot of time through its ability to pre-schedule posts on several accounts simultaneously (using the upgraded Hootsuite Business account). I commend the company on its frequent updates to improve ease of use and efficiency. For example, the tool for posting/scheduling to multiple platforms includes a window for inserting your text and then separate tabs for each of your social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). In each tab, you can then customize the wording, tag other accounts, and add appropriately sized photos according to the platform.
