What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and convenient for scheduling my Social Media posts. I love that it gives me suggested times to post on each SM channel for better hours. It makes my life easier by letting me schedule our three SM channels well in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be lovely if it offered user-friendly, for-dummies demos and short training. Also, have a tracking system for people who have commented on your posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance posts for our social media channels. It solves time management and is convenient for our small team operation. Our business performance is slowly getting better because our presence in Social Media.

It is very user-friendly. I love seeing what posts we have planned, all in a calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot pre-post stories. Although I'm not sure if you can on other platforms.

It makes scheduling in advance very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is super simple to schedule posts on multiple platforms, and then also allows you to fine tune and customize per platform. I can't imagine how much time it saves me.
*hot tip, use AI to generate social captions and save as drafts in HootSuite. Or, import in bulk! I've done both and it's super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Stories have to be posted in real time, on the mobile app.

I am not sure if I have something that I don't like yet. But, grouping of items by my interest can enhance experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time for me in searching articles of my interest. Helps schedule posts instead of dumping all at once into social media.
Hootsuite, my main work tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has been my main tool for many years. I can view the metrics of my accounts and choose what to see for each goal of my campaigns, and customize the reports and the way I view the data. I can respond to messages and chats without having to give my CM the passwords for each network.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a HootSuite issue but rather about the platforms that do or do not provide access to certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of trying to obtain analytics from social networks when analytics suddenly disappear (Facebook). I can make reports for each communication objective and know if we are doing well or poorly, and show them to different teams without having to show information that others don't need.
Best value added platform for social scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and grouping capabilities are the best I've seen for franchise based clients. This has allowed us to optimize our strategy for our clients and has helped grow with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the amount of connections that become disabled or disconnected. There takes quite a bit of reconnections on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves our problem of having to manual post for 200+ clients. We also work with a franchise system that we group posts for, especially for clients who own multiple franchises in the same industry.
Great platform for creating content across multiple platforms with helpful insights and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to write, edit and update copy across multiple social platforms. In my role I was creating content across 4 platforms which needed tweaking for every post. Hootsuite made it super easy to repost previous posts with updates and ensure that the platforms always had consistent content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there wasn't really any feature which was an issue for me. It would be nice to add pre-planned comments on the posts but it doesn't look like many platforms offer that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helped with understand which social platforms were getting the best engagement and at which times of the day in order to mazimise the exposure across every post.
Great product, and a lifesaver for a small org!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can manage multiple platforms from the convenience of a single interface, without losing any of the utilities of each individual platform. As the single marketing manager for a nonprofit, it is super helpful to have such an intuitive program that allows me to create unique, channel-specific content and schedule it based on the best possible times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Instagram story functionality worked from the online client. I would love to be able to create Instagram stories through Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite alleviates the need for me to log into multiple platforms and manage them independently. It also helps to see all of the posts that I have going out across platforms at once, so that I can see a planner view of what content is going out through what platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast I can get help with an issue, every time I have a question or a concern it's always answered. I never have to wait more then a couple of minutes for a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love using Hootsuite. What ever it is that you guys are doing keep it up.

I am able to post on multiple accounts at once. I don't have to log in to each individual account to post the same exact thing. They even resize photos to help! Which is amazing no one else does that.
Good Starter Social Media Program
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was my first introduction to social media planning/marketing applications. It is an easy-to-use platform that assists with managing content. The processes are fairly intuitive, which makes it ideal for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
After dipping my toes in the waters of content planning and management, I discovered new platforms that had greater functionality and worked with a broader range of social media applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My greatest need is consistently scheduling content. I don't want to be bogged down with posting everyday and I want to create opportunities to increase engagement. Hootsuite makes that process simple.
