User friendly and efficient Social Media Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Content, community, and analytics management is all in one place. we don't have to check anything from the native social channels; it is consolidated under one roof. Automated Reporting dashboards are a big plus, very easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike but it would be great if it's possible to create and edit IG stories from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time because we can bulk-schedule our content in advance and provide it to global teams directly by adding it to the Hootsuite content library. My personal favourite feature is the reporting and analytics. It definitely saves hours of manual work.

Hootsuite has been the leading social media posting tool since the advent of Web 2.0 applications.
Whether you use a desktop or mobile application, it is easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
There has to be a mechanism in place to effectively report spam bots built within Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application posts to all of my social media applications at once.

Very easy and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to grab analytics for our social channels to determine the best timings and trends. It allows you to schedule a post for multiple channels and will let you know if you need to change the draft to tailor it for Twitter for example. I love the new feature that can give you some ideas of what type of posts you can put out. This helps us come up with new content as we can have a bank of ideas stored and updated regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have, (which isn't Hootsuite's fault) is tagging people on our images for social posts such as LinkedIn.We have to go into it manually and tag people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps with the management of multiple channels. It's good to have everything in one place instead of going in manually and looking at our engagement with our audience.

I love the fact you can condense lots of different accounts into Hootsuite and manage them all from one wholesome platform. It makes scheduling so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few downsides of Hootsuite are some technical issues here and there, sometimes our accounts are disconnected but this isn't very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is able to report on things in an easier format and produce PDF reporting on stats and engagement. I have also learned a lot myself from Hootsuite reporting.

Hootsuite allows you to manage multiple social media accounts from one platform. This saves time and makes it easier to keep track of all your social media activities.

While Hootsuite is generally easy to use, it does have a learning curve. It's also costly.

It is a very comprehensive and versatile tool for social media management. Among its features, it stands out for its ability to schedule posts on multiple platforms at once, monitor mentions and hashtags, collaborate with other team members, and analyze the performance of posts in real time.

Hootsuite can be considered high-priced compared to other similar tools in the market, especially for small businesses or individual users. The interface can be complex and confusing when starting to use the tool, but this opinion is also linked to each person's prior experience and skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Hootsuite, users can centralize the management of all their social media accounts on a single platform, which saves time and effort. Additionally, its ability to schedule posts on multiple platforms at once helps reach the audience at different times and in different geographical locations, which increases the reach of the posts. Likewise, its real-time analytics feature allows users to know the performance of the posts and adjust the content strategy accordingly. Finally, its ability to collaborate with other team members in managing the accounts is very useful for companies that have a dedicated social media team.

Setting up and linking accounts is easy, and the interface is very user-friendly. It also supports TikTok business accounts which others that we tried don't support (yet). The idea about
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues, like we can't post on all social media at once (Pinterest has to be posted separately). The "inspiration" tab is a good idea but the app we now use has much better and various content, which was one of the main reasons for switch. Plus the cost is almost double that of competitors!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can connect multiple social media platforms at once (Insta, FB, Twitter etc) and post on the at the same time or schedule posts on them together or separately. Plus it also provides basic analytics on 1 single screen.
Your go-to Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of those tools that doesn't require a steep learning curve. It is amazing that they have a free plan for marketers who are just getting started and the Hootsuite Academy gives you all the resources you could possibly need for social media management and more. When you have a large marketing team and cater to different geographies, Hootsuite's scheduling and publishing features become invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Hootsuite is an incredible tool to use with great analytics, the pricing for teams is a bit expensive. Since Hootsuite is so easy to use, you'd ideally want to share it with your team and it is an expensive feat to do so which makes it hard for companies with different products and multiple marketing teams.

Hootsuite helps us analyse our social media performance across multiple accounts and different social media pages. The analytics helps us stay fix our strategies to make sure growth is consistent across all social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives you authority over your social media channels and helps in scheduling the content on every platform at same time. Also the analytics and insights we get from the tool are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in navigating to analytics and insights. Should have basic reporting templates ready which can be easily viewed and customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, we have a small team in our company for marketing and tools like Hootsuite help you manage your content. My calendric and on time posts gives me best output.
