Very effective marketing and awareness tool
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to manually post each and everytime. You can preset the info that you want to go out. Hootsuite modifies everything to fit the social media channels from pictures to videos. You are not worried if it will work and the process is streamlined !
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive yet you do get to try it out for quite some time for free. Really would like to see a more prolonged or affordable rate based on the different business levels that exis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing, customer accessibility and awareness. Customer can connect through several access points. All major social media is cover except a few.
Very easy to use. An invaluable tool.

Ease of scheduling tweets. Hootsuite makes it very easy to manage my company's social media.

Nothing. Everything seems to work OK and I have not encountered any problems.

The ability to schedule multiple tweets.
Great Social Media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great to post in multiple accounts but not only that - they have an incredibly helpful customer service. I've worked with Hootsuite on various projects and would always recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more data from Twitter. I understand that it is depending on API but I see other tools offering more insights into Twitter analytics that is lacking on Hootsuite

The experiencia has been great , tha fact that i can control when to post it´s what i like the most!

It´s solving the fact that i do not have time to be active in linked in every hour of the day, the plataform allows me to control my posts and activity un my times.
A Good Social Media Management App
What do you like best about the product?
Especially for Facebook and Twitter, Hootsuite works very well in planning my social media posts. There are still a few challenges with how it works with photos, but it works well. I think my blog posts have likely saved me several hours over the years, and planning my ads works well too. Good app for the beginner. I am unsure how it scales as I am still quite a low-volume user compared to most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to use photographs. I have not tried to use Hootsuite with Instagram, but perhaps because I like to take photos with a camera rather than a phone, the photo size always messes with the interface. I usually have to go into lightroom and shrink the image before I can use it in Hootsuite; however, if I post directly to Twitter or Facebook, it works fine...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly in my scheduling of ads. I can sit down once a week and get them all laid out and not worry about whether they have gone out. It makes my life easier that way.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the whole interface. It's easy to use and it's like a one-stop shop with the analytics, scheduler and basic editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of using the app itself, there aren't much challenges with it. I guess the only thing that could be better is if it was for affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling of posts and since our company launches various campaigns, it's easy to manage since we can group each posting to a certain campaign.
Great for basics
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that even on the free version you can have three social accounts and up to five posts. I also like that you can tag business accounts on some of them (Twitter, LinkedIn). The functionality is pretty simple, but it's a great tool to get started and test if you want to use in a more integrated fashion with your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that personal accounts cannot be tagged on LinkedIn - I always have to go in and edit my posts after they've been published to tag specific people where relevant. I also don't like that you can't see how many times an Instagram hashtag has been used when adding text in Hootsuite. In reality, this means I don't post much from Hootsuite to IG because I like to make sure I'm choosing different hashtags in specific ranges for my IG posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a morning person, and especially for business posts on LinkedIn, I like to schedule them early on weekdays, before I'm at my computer! I love this because I wake up feeling already productive. It also helps me schedule less urgent posts on Twitter.

-The platform is very user-friendly & clearly laid out in a minimalist style - making it easy to navigate etc.
- Quick & easy to create content & then push it out to several platforms.
-Search Function makes it easy to find previously posted content & relevant help articlaes.
-Very easy to add/connect social media accounts - just a couple of clocks
-You can see (very visually) at a glance what is happening on your social media - i.e. scheduled (draft) posts, reactions/shares to bars etc.
-Timeline of activity of each stream/social media channel
-Clear & helpful analytics - these can also be shared to work colleagues/exported to excel etc.
-Planner makes it easy to organise content release & ensure every post has an optimum impact/engagement with the audience.
I have only used the free version, as that is all I require. However, ever since onboarding, I have been very impressed with all the features available for free & how easy the platform is to use. It is built around saving you time & making the promotion of your company brand easy! FULLY RECOMMEND HOOTSUITE!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now post regularly in a planned/scheduled way on our social media accounts, which helps us to increase brand presence & awareness. Before using Hootsuite - this was very ad-hoc & just when we felt like it - causing disconnections with our markets.
The ability to schedule posts means our marketing team can create posts/content in bulk & drip feed out to the target market as & when we want/feel necessary...getting the best engagement & return. This has saved us time & money - reducing last-minute costs!
