The wise owl of Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a fan of Hootsuite for years because of the simplicity of the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features I just don't take the time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is great for posting to multiple channels and uploading posts to the Publisher. Quick and easy.
Hootsuite is our only go-to for scheduling posts.
What do you like best about the product?
We all love just how simple posting to multiple platforms is. Either creating different posts for multiple platforms or duplicating content already posted, either way it's a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like about Hootsuite. Mobile use and desktop are both super user friendly. Not sure there's anything we'd want to change, at the moment, it's our go-to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our posts rolling out on multiple platforms. Without Hootsuite we'd be drowning in trying to get the posts out daily. This saves us tons of time and effort.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to post to multiple channels all at once, making it easy to batch out social content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Hootsuite offered a way to post stories without a push notification - which often fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of a lack of time dedicated to social media. It makes my social media duties easier and faster to complete.
Good but limited posts by week
What do you like best about the product?
Really like being able to manage all social media posts in one place & seeing how that comes together on the planner
What do you dislike about the product?
Package we are on has changed so can only schedule a total of 5 posts per week with Facebook and Instagram being treated as 2 separate so use up very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving so no posting posts on separate channels. Can finally schedule gooogle my business
Very Good for No Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the interface's usability and how I can create a general template on the program but tweak the contents as needed per social media platform. I also appreciate that I can see and respond to messages on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't delete a post, and its unfortunate that we can no longer respond to messages if they are more than 7 days old. I also feel like there should be an easier way to navigate ways to delete or private posts on Hootsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of having to switch back and forth between social media platforms and allows my team and I to access all social media on one tab. Very helpful.
Great All in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post and monitor multiple social media channels at once either in real time or via scheduled posts. It's more user-friendly and cost effective than competitors such as HubSpot that require you to buy the entire CRM to get the same Social Media functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Hootsuite that I am aware of at this time. It could allow more integration with other CRM platforms and google analytics in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the issue of managing multiple company social media channels along with many other duties. As the sole social media lead, it also allows me to schedule holiday posts ahead of time so I don't need to work during holidays.

Does not have an edit function for posts.

The fact that you can put one content to be posted on multiple platforms and it can be sent out on scheduled times,
Amazing Tool for Social Media Post
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing exactly how my post will show up once submitted to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I enjoy working with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables me to create many posts in one day and have them appear on my social media throughout the week. It is saving me time.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and you can add multiple social media platforms to it so if you're monitoring all your platforms plus specific topics/hashtags, it makes it much easier to see them all on one screen, in real time updates
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, you can only add platforms across, it would be great to split the screen so you could add two rows of platforms in case you had many, also alerts when someone or a topic you are following is trending or has been updated i'd like ot get updates on my desktop or my phone

Not the greatest FB reach, problems with images loading, Forced to Use Owly Short Links.

Very easy to use I find it very useful. I appreciate the help you get when your stuck

There isn't anything I don't dislike about it seeing as if your stuck they have the help centre

You don't have to over spend to get all the accounts to link the help centre is amazing to use
