Easy to use interface, helpful tools & insights
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been an essential tool for me in staying ahead of my social media schedule. The planning, insights, messaging, and other tools all in one place make it easy for me to react, respond, and stay on top of my content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Instagram Business functionality isn't perfect, with needing to open the app to finish some actions. I find the user interface in the messaging portion to be lacking in comparison to meta, which has more useful tools and reminder capability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is everything, and Hootsuite saves me so much time as opposed to posting to each platform. The additions of specific text across platforms makes things quicker as well.

1. Ease of use 2. Complies with content submission frameworks and terms of all social media platforms 3. Easy campaign planning and scheduling 4. Strong depth in tracking (paid version) 5. Multiple productivity tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has very restricted or no tracking ..so a paid version is a must for any business that is very dependent on social media
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves tons of lost man hours in productivity. Further since all social media are handled at a single point, one can strategise content keeping mine the common thread and Big picture of rendering of content across all platforms
A Hoot to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is so easy and user friendly. You could know absolutely nothing about content management and still easily understand how it works. Also, it is a much cheaper price point than other content management systems, which is so helpful when you work at a small non-profit with only one Marketing employee. All in all, I love the usability, the customer support, and the platform integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Hootsuite is their TikTok integration. Making videos on TikTok is much easier than making them in advance and posting them to TikTok from a 3rd party, plus I find that our company gets more views that way. If there were a way for Hootsuite to post the raw videos to drafts in TikTok so that I can get the data from the videos but still utilize TikTok's editing tools, that would make it a much better experience.
(To be fair, TikTok doesn't play well with others the way that Meta does, so I don't blame Hootsuite for this).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time when I'm creating content. I can sit down one day a week and plan out all my content for the next month. I can easily make changes to my content before I post, and I have the option to customize information based on the platform I'm posting to. It makes my job easier and saves me so much time.

I am not paying for a Hootsuite subscription and I still feel like I have great capabilities. It's easy and straight forward with extra options to optimize.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is automatically in GMT time. I am unsure how to change it

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy-to-use, up-to-date content relating to my interests and information relating to my company. Can schedule times for the platform to post for you, so it makes it very simple to share content etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides yet but perhaps the ability to share content un-relating to my company (my account is under the Enterprise plan) but allowing us to share other business content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of employee presence on social media and allowing us an easy way to stay connected while removing the hard part - coming up with captions etc. Since joining Hootsuite I've posted more than I ever have on LinkedIn
Helpful but needs more social media features (locations, tagging on photos, etc.)

Ability to post on multiple accounts at once, preview before posting, scheduling content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I strongly dislike, but sometimes I need to go back and edit the post's locations, check tags, and tag other accounts on images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rarely do I have problems with Hootsuite, but I appreciate the efforts to link Canva and expand more social media accounts so we can have simultaneous posts.
It is so easy to push out content across all of my platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to plan weeks or even months in advance. I can schedule necessary posts and not worry about whether or not they will be posted on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when I try to post the same image on Facebook and Instagram, and the photo is not a square, the image gets cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone that works at a nonprofit, I wear many hats. Being able to schedule a week's worth of posts at one time saves me time and energy later on.
It’s very simple to use and I love the layout of multiple social media pages

I like that I can create/schedule post for multiple social media pages at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't see the post while in the media library.

It's solving me having to use FB or Instagram pages separately and constantly sign in and out. It allows me to have one place to cover them all.
Easy scheduling, tracking and data gathering of social media. Saves Time!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and intuitive for those who are not familiar with the program. Schedule multiple e-mails at once and track conversions all in one place. Data pull is easy to register your ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to edit each individual social platform once the message has been launched in the program.

I have no issues that Hootsuite is solving. They just make posting and managing social easy.
