Very useful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule across multiple platforms and make small changes for each platform. I really love that you can add alt text to images. Also having all messages in one place is a time saver
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface can be confusing as its not intuitive to me but I can always find what I'm looking for with a quick search. I would like to see see Hootsuite work with instagram creator accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to scehule posts as part of a marketing strategy so that I can have more time to focus on other aspects of my business. It allows me time to focus on growth and customer experience
it makes scheduling social media posts easier.

I love the calendar function. I think it's very helpful.

I dislike that we have to connect a social media platform before starting.

Hootsuite helps save me a lot of time instead of posting one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
It pretty much is a great solution for several things all built into one tool. Love the convenience of use, the ease of the dashboards, and how easy it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it's a solid platform that does a great job of keeping your digital social footprint in one place and let you navigate posts and schedules at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post to several platforms, keep track of posts and interaction on a single dashboard, and to schedule posts far in advance make this a must-have for a busy marketer.
Never again will we contract with Hootsuite.

The tool was average, nothing stood out compared to it's competitors. We are moving to BrandWatch due to issues with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible company to deal with when there is a problem on their side. We had a billing issue (fraudulent use of a credit card) and Hootsuite were unhelpful and refused to have a call with us to get the issue resolved. When chasing up, you get a different client representative emailing back everytime asking for the same information. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. We are moving to Brandwatch going forwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are yet to solve the issue but with any lack of drive their side I doubt it will ever be solved.
Best marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
It gives easy access to link all the social media handles and it allows you to schedule multiple posts at a time, you can be carefree once scheduling and a very hasslefree tool
What do you dislike about the product?
While scheduling posts via Hootsuite, it doesn't allow me to tag people, which is one of the drawbacks; I have to go back after the post is posted and then tag the influencer or person or company I wish to tag

It helps me schedule posts easily and also helps with insights and the timings that work the best for each channel
Hootsuite is a time saver!

I love Hootsuite as it allows me to post and schedule to all my social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) while simultaneously saving me time so I can work on other things!

I use the free version of Hootsuite, which allows me only to schedule five social media posts per day, which is not enough for some days!

Good software, disappointing price rise of 140%
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling tool is great - easy to use. suggested times for posts is also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using Hootsuite for less than a year, while our 3x fitness studios recover from the pandemic in Australia. After considering a vast number of alternatives, we decided on Hootsuite, and really enjoyed it. Received an email last week informing us that our price will increase from $249 to $599 - 140% increase. Never seen anything like it, after having worked in software and professional services (my previous life) for over 20 years.

We have an overview of all our social media channels with easy monitoring of posts and messages.

Good for small businesses, but not the best option out there.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is inexpensive, and it gets the job done. Specifically, I really like the post builder. It's easy to upload the set of images/videos/etc that you need, and to optimize the post by toggling between each social platform, rather than having to start from scratch each time for each social platform. I also like how simple it is. There aren't a ton of bells and whistles that I don't need, so it's easy for me to navigate. I think it's a better fit for non-profits, small businesses, and small marketing teams (one to five-ish people).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super sleek, and they don't have very great analytics. They also don't have as many capabilities (like campaigns, tags) which a larger company would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to schedule posts in advance, visualize what is coming up on the docket, optimize posts per platform, schedule posts at the best time, and look at basic analytics. It helps me organize my thoughts, plan ahead, be more strategic with my social media decisions, and save time.
Great for managing social media across multiple accounts
What do you like best about the product?
When you have to deal with multiple social profiles across various channels, things can get confusing. The siloing of organizations Hootsuite allows is a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the previews are not as accurate as I would like.

I have to manage multiple social profiles for different brands. This lets me schedule and organize them without having to constantly keep track of things myself.
