From siloed social efforts to synchronized success
What do you like best about the product?
Message tagging on Hootsuite is highly powerful to make sure that your team members have the right information to navigate based on the inquiries of the customers at the right moment. I also like the unified stream where our global social care can have a single view of the conversation on multiple regional pages without having multiple logins. It has made ownership tracking of issues customers face to be straightforward and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
In establishment of new monitoring streams Hootsuite ever fails to extract long conversations into history which may be quite irksome in terms of trend analysis. I also would like a more natural progression to wholesale reassign or mark a high quantity of older customer service messages as resolved. A built-in sentiment analysis would be welcomed as well in the response workflow process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service across all our various social accounts was a disorganized cacophony of local teams trying to deal with new requests each day. No one view exists as to who was responding to what and whether they were consistent with our brand guidelines. This is because all the customer facing social messages are now received as one stream in front of our dispersed team and as a result; I can now be sure that every customer interaction is handled in a prompt and coherent manner. There is also an overall reduction in response-time and the customers are aware of it.
                        
                            User-Friendly Content Creation, but OwlyGPT Suggestions Fall Short
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. I also appreciate how simple it is to create social media content and then schedule the post directly to each social media platform through the calendar. I like that you can see a breakdown of scheduled content in the Plan and quickly respond to all social messages/comments/mentions in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least used part of Hootsuite is probably the OwlyGPT. I just don't usually find the suggestions that much better than what I can come up with. I've also noticed that sometimes when you schedule a socials post, Hootsuite posts it a day away (either early or later) from the originally scheduled date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping save time and energy by putting all social media platforms in one convenient place.

Hootsuite is fast and reliable. I use it everyday multiple times a day and it never fails!

Hootsuite like all others sometimes runs a little slow but not often!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is now my go to social media scheduling tool and I really appreciate the service every single day that I have used. I plan my content for a whole quarter at a time and being able to schedule everything for all my platforms at once is a huge time saver. I appreciate the dashboard to keep track of my goals as well as the excellent insights provided, and I really enjoy the "engage" feature for daily community management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface could be easier to navigate. I’ve had to jump across multiple sections— be it the monitor, the explore, or the analyze— to get something done. I think there are too many places to keep things, and so many saved searches and reports seem to get lost or misplaced, and it becomes a lengthy process to find the one I want. I think the sentiment analysis could understand sarcasm and slang a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, all planning and community management, as well as analytics and competitor analysis, are done in one place. It has simplified my process and workflow is so much easier to manage. In the past year I’ve been able to effectively adjust campaigns in real time, resulting in a greater exposure and engagement across all our social media. I can see my improvements almost instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hootsuite in a number of roles, and I always appreciate its in-depth metrics reporting and some of its specialty listening tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to initially find the metrics data one is looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a great way to aggregate all our social efforts into one platform and be able to evaluate their effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to multiple platforms at once without switching tabs again and again. The planner view helps me see my whole week at a glance which makes it easier to plan content without stress. It also shows basic engagement numbers clearly so I dont have to dig into separate analytics pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the preview of a post looks slightly different after publishing which makes me double check every time. The browser version feels smoother than the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to forget posting on some accounts because everything was scattered. Now everything is in one place which keeps my schedule consistent and saves mental effort. It also helps me reply faster since all messages come in one inbox.

Hootsuite brings everything together in one place. As a digital marketing professional managing multiple social platforms, it’s been a huge time-saver for me. I can schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance without switching between different tabs or apps. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, and I especially appreciate the analytics part. It gives a clear picture of what’s working and where we need to tweak our strategy. The AI features like OwlyWriter are a nice touch too, they help generate caption ideas and hashtags faster, which really speeds up the content creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback for me is that Hootsuite can feel a bit heavy at times, especially when handling multiple accounts with lots of scheduled posts. It sometimes takes a while to load analytics or the content calendar.

Hootsuite is how it simplifies managing multiple social media handles in one place. At Truebrowns, we have a strong presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. And Hootsuite makes scheduling, planning, and tracking everything so much easier. I love the content calendar view, it gives a clean snapshot of upcoming posts and helps me ensure our campaigns stay consistent and timely. The analytics dashboard is another big plus. Being able to monitor engagement and track performance helps me justify creative choices with real data.

The analytics customization could be more flexible. I often wish I could tailor reports a bit more to my team’s specific KPIs.

I really like how Hootsuite lets me manage all my social media accounts in one place. Scheduling posts ahead of time is simple and saves me hours each week. The dashboard is clear and I can see engagement stats quickly which helps me plan content better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can feel a bit clunky sometimes and it’s slower than the desktop version. Also, some analytics features are locked behind higher pricing tiers which can be frustrating.

I had to log into each social account separately which was chaotic and time consuming. Now I can schedule posts in bulk track engagement across platform  and respond to messages from one dashboard. It’s saving me hours each week and keeping my social media organized.
                        
                            A Solid Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is definitely a solid, dependable choice as far as social media management tools go. I appreciate the ease of use, integration options (like the newly available Bluesky), and level of support from the Hootsuite team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is great, I find that a lot of its focus is on paid advertising. I also find their reporting functionality to be lacking in comparison to other management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
