Convenient Social Media Scheduler, A Real Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for posting social media content, and I like its convenience and how it saves me time. I appreciate that I can create posts for the whole month, making my process smoother and easier. The calendar feature is especially valuable because it lets me plan ahead, and the automatic hashtag creation is a nice touch. It helps make tasks quicker, and I get good recommendations on what time to post. Plus, the initial setup was easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite solves the problem of planning content. It allows me to plan content weeks out and I appreciate the function of sometimes coming up with captions for the content. I also enjoy its ability to post to multiple sites at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the constantly having to authenticate every single time I sign on on the same computer is a little bit annoying. The things that don't work well is not being able to easily change the skin tone on emojis when I am writing a cup, and the ability to be able to tag or add collaborators on Instagram posts would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to solve the problem of planning content. It allows me to plan weeks in advance and post to multiple sites simultaneously, including generating captions.
Great for Streamlining Social Media, Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media account management for a restaurant, and I find it easy to set up and schedule. The pricing is perfect, and it does very effective work. It definitely makes my work easier, allowing me to accomplish tasks that would otherwise take days to complete. As I work alone, it saves me significant time, which is crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this setup could be more streamlined. Scheduling is easy, but the setup for social media accounts is a little bit challenging. It was actually quite difficult to add Instagram accounts.

I use Hootsuite for social media account management, and it saves significant time as I work alone. It makes tasks easier and faster that would otherwise take days.
Scheduling is fine, everything else is a nightmare.

It's main benefit is that you can schedule multiple posts at once across multiple pages. This is useful since we have many different clients who share multiple pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes will be made to UI with little to no warning. This has costed our company money in the past as ad spends have been made invalid, with no recourse to fix it.
It's hard to use its basic functions without stumbling into a useless AI feature, which doesn't apply to our work.
Most importantly, it doesn't really focus on New Zealand, and most features are tuned for different countries, making these "features" detriments.

Scheduling ads has been made slightly easier, after they previously said that they couldn't do it at all. Now we can schedule ads through the calendar.

I didn't really like the AI features on Ollie AI and I feel like the schedule and boost feature is annoying.

it's features are confusing sometime this may take timeto leanr for beginners, also pricing is a bit higher, it would also be great if more features were available in the lower-tier plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the week-view schedule on Hootsuite and find the mobile editing really handy because it allows me to make edits on the go or while traveling. The analytics feature is great as it saves me from counting very boring things, plus it's a lot faster and more accurate. I appreciate how Hootsuite's AI-suggestions for optimum length, hashtags, tone saves lots of time. The initial setup was very easy, just do the digital handshake for each account, and then you're ready to go. Hootsuite is incredibly useful for planning social posts and doing analytics at the end of each month!

I wish it could do Analytics for personal LinkedIn accounts! Wish it could do Analytics for Bluesky!!

Easy Multi-Account Management with Helpful Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the features and how easy it is to manage, especially running multiple accounts at once. Being able to change thumbnails, request collabs, tag accounts is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite tends to fails to post certain days/times I can get to my computer. I wish there was a better solution to this issue I tend to run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving how many accounts I need to post from and therefore being able to create a post on multiple different platforms and being able to post at the same time and make it all customizable.
