What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is in one place and how it really simplifies all the little steps and actions required for effective social media marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't a whole lot I disliked. It just was a bit overkill for us at the present time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite allows you to streamline tracking, posting, and interacting across all of your company's profiles by allowing it to happen all in one place which simplifies internal processes and onboarding marketing staff

What do you like best about the product?
The post planner Callander, combined inbox and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't schedule story posts. Doesn't seem to accept as many video formats that can be uploaded to tiktok which the sight does accept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to publish a cross multipul platforms. So much faster with hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about using Hootsuite is the planning you are able to do with the publisher feature! I use it on a regular basis for my company's posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be an option to edit multiple scheduled posts at a time, but this is not currently an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay organized with my social media content and motivates me to post more!

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is really helpful in managing posts for all social media in the same attempt. This works better for content planning scheduling and managing the social media activities. Insights from hoot suite are really awesome in planning the strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors in working with integration. Sometimes it becomes tedious to connect and work with some functionalities. This can be revamped with good usability and a simple and easy integration process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been doing well as my social media partner. It is helping me a lot in automating my social media engagements. Insight and data are helpful in planning and refining my strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule everything in one place and provide a progress report based on the analytics provided. I also like that I can edit and change images
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that stories don't post automatically. I understand why, but it's just a pain. I dislike that I can't eliminate socials that we don't use.
I'd like to see a calandar view that shows the posts - that you can select the week/month/quarter and see what's scheduled in for that time period, seeing the text, image, and hashtags, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It places everything together! I don't have to look at 4 different sites/pages to find information that Hootsuite can give me on the same page in place.

Very easy to navigate, even if you have no experience in social media marketing.

I am still finding it a little tricky to set up my dashboard and understand the metrics

What do you like best about the product?
It is the default tool in our company to manage all the social networks we use to raise awareness of our brand, interact with customers, expand our sales reach and much more. Its user interface is comfortable and we can work as a team in a synchronized and efficient way. The support service has been very helpful when we have needed help and the cost of the application is acceptable considering all the tools, analytics and reports it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
High cost, complex functionalities and few integration capabilities with CRM or BI software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool that brings benefits in multiple areas to the organization, starting with good management of the organization's social network accounts and the broader reach it has allowed us to enjoy. The social networks are kept up to date and the interaction with followers has been so good that we have been able to capture more clients and achieve a greater amount of sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite does a very good job of enabling you to monitor your social feeds and mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Hootsuite a little clunky and not efficient for scheduling posts. Layout not as user-friendly as other software I have used. Hard to schedule the same post across various social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very good and social monitoring. See your feeds, mentions, DMs in one convenient location.

Connects to all accounts you will need, does what it is supposed to do

There is only an internal review process, not a client review process which is great for agencies
