Overall a great social media tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the post scheduling tool. I like that I can schedule for all platforms at once, and I can still customize each individually. In other tools, if you are in a single post scheduler, you have to do each platform separately. Also, I like that your calendar shows the post image.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to bulk upload posts WITH the images. I used Hubspot before this and it was easy to get an entire month done in a CSV and just import and be done. They have a media library so you just put all the images in, and then in your csv you just put the Hubspot link in the image column. When you import it, your posts are all ready to go with images and all. In Hootsuite, I can import the copy, but the image has to be added after,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post to all of our social platforms at once. It saves me a lot of time to do it this way. I also like that our inbox has all updates in one place. This helps me manage all responses at once.
Great Product for Organization with Limited Staff
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has proven invaluable as we work to plan our social media calendar for the month - especially with limited staff. We're able to create and schedule posts and see where our planning leaves "gaps" in our social media coverage (using the calendar view.) The ability to schedule a single post to multiple platforms, as well as schedule the posts has allowed us to free up resources that were doing this in "real time", making us more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small organization like ours, we don't use a lot of the features. We've often wished for a "lite" version that focused on just scheduling, but are slowly starting to add some of the more advanced features Hootsuite offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has freed up resources that were spending time scheduling posts in "real time". The resources have been reallocated to other tasks, and our efficiency has improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to navigate my company's social media in the most time-efficient and easy way. I'm able to plan ahead, spot any trends or issues easily and have automated reports - saving me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside of Hootsuite is that the integration of new features can sometimes be slower than that of it's competitors. I would love for this to be quicker and see them pioneering new features ahead of others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problems of having to log in and out of several accounts. Managing many social properties at once can be really difficult natively in the platforms themselves, but Hootsuite allows me to dip in and out very easily and quickly saving me so much time.
Social media made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to organise my social media posts for the week from one central place. It helps me to ensure I am posting the right amount of content each week and it helps to keep me organised. Since using it my business's following has grown rapidly.

There isn't really anything that I dislike about Hootsuite,

Hootsuite also provides guidance and insights into best practice which I have found very beneficial.
Time Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Although other tools allow me to make one post that goes to all my social media, Hootsuite allows me to edit the content as well as schedule it to post in the future. Really helps me when I am working on social media content I can do it once for the whole week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I was able to edit my content after it posts. There are times when there is something that I missed or I want to add to the caption after the content has been posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest is time management. I can focus on my social media work one time a week for a couple of hours and I can get my content scheduled for a week or two in advance. Time is money!

Being able to post several ahead of time and choosing the day and time for it to go live.

Hootsuite allows me to do one week of social media posts at one time based on how often I post.

Works for the basics, but interface is clunky.
What do you like best about the product?
It works for the basics - planner and analytics are relatively easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is clunky, and not always intuitive. No way to make "notes" on the calendar for planning purposes. No way to mass delete Amplify drafts or published posts; you have to go one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts in advance, tag and edit as needed is helpful.
There are many alternatives out there, but instead of searching you can use Hootsuite.

The simplicity. It's easy to use and doesn't confuse you.

I wish you could tag individual's Facebook profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It schedules posts and tracks progress in a very simple way. They help with half the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite helps us plan our posts before we need to post them. Having Hootsuite post automatically for us, really helps us stay up with marketing but still able to do our jobs at work and not take time away during the day.

I haven't found anything wrong with Hootsuite so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our problems by making sure our posts go out on time and what goes out when. It helps alleviate the stress of our employees about post going out on time.
Media Administration
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create posts for many different platforms at a time and schedule them for weeks and months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite happy so far. I haven't found anything that I don't like.
