Hootsuite helped streamline our social media communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite helps us streamline our content in various platforms (IG, Facebook, Twitter for us) and that I can get access to analytics reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could schedule tiktok carousels from within the platform and that you could get insights on reels and stories so that analytics metrics are more well-rounded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite had help us do most of our social media management and scheduling from one place instead of having to jump from platform to platform
Doubled pricing out of nowhere.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling posts is amazing. The analytics for reporting are incredible. You can create you own personalized reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues a couple times of accounts not connecting. But it's super simple to reconnect them. My biggest dislike is that the same business counts as 2 accounts if they have a Facebook and Instagram.
I am unhappy with doubling the price starting next month. I understand pricing can go up, but double? That's ridiculous.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the time management problem.
The platform is very easy to use in the computer and the app, too. I've liked it a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. You can easily choose the date and time, the account and platform you'll use, and adding the captions and images are very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very punctual when you have posts scheduled or reminders. E.G. a couple of times I've had to go in the app and check because I never got the reminder.

You save me time when I want to post. That's the main and best benefit.

Content Calendar, it allows me to publish efficiently.

TikTok lack of features and editing. Besides that, all works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TikTok Capabilities. It would benefit me by allowing my team to edit videos directly from Hootsuite and publish as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best tool to schedule social media posts in a hassle-free manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike buffer, Hootsuite won't provide a free plan which makes it not affordable for small business owners and marketing agencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning social media posts to team members and approving workflows have been made much simpler with Hootsuite
HootSuite have good interface but sometimes it fails to post on LinkedIN

User friendly and easy to learn any intern can also learn within couple of hours

That it allows only a few accounts at basic plan

I appreciate how clean and simple this software is. Easy to operate and appealing too. Managing multiple platform without hassel makes this software stand out of the crowd.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags sometimes while posting multiple content on Instagram. And sometimes it doesn't not show option to tag members. I would appreciate if it start supporting long videos so that we no longer need to trim our videos.

We use hootsuite in our organization to build brand reputation among new audience. By managing multiple platforms from one place we were able to engage with our audience smoothly.
We stay ahead of time through scheduling content in advance for future events which gives us enough time to engage with our audience and understand their need.
And the real time analytics shows us clearly what is working and where we need improvement.

Useful For Twitter; Not Worth The Price
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very helpful for simple or evergreen marketing Tweets. It's fairly easy to use on my work laptop and the app is very user-friendly, too. I haven't used a competitor software to compare it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing was my main issue with Hootsuite. As an independent contractor, my budget for marketing and other software/tools is limited. Perhaps they could offer a basic, less expensive package for independent contractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I was using Hootsuite, it helped me with time management. Social media marketing is quite time-consuming; Hootsuite took some of the pressure off. This let me focus on other important parts of my work

I love being able to post to multiple different social platforms through the same website.

I find that this website occasionally has trouble posting to all platforms if a caption is too long, but this is a small problem.

Hootsuite helps to make social media posting efficient. It saves me time and effort posting to several different platforms.
