This single app manages all of our social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The positive aspect of Hootsuite is that it maintains our various social media accounts flawlessly, saving us time and effort compared to manually maintaining each one. Aside from that, I appreciate its robust interface, which allows us to schedule, run, and visualize advertisements across various social media networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prime dislike of Hootsuite is its limited integration with some limited. For example, we cannot manage our Quora accounts through Hootsuite's interface. Aside from that, it does not permit direct posting to LinkedIn handles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has proven to be an efficient, convenient, and powerful platform for managing our social media accounts from a single account. It includes scheduling posts, running advertisements, and visualizing the performance reports into macro details, all from a single dashboard.
Sanity Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and free training on how to use Hootsuite and how to maximize the impact of your posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any downsides right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and sanity saver! Everyone does not have to be the next influencer to reach people.
All the bells and whistles but at a cost
What do you like best about the product?
All the functionality you need for scheduling, planning, hashtag strategy and an aesthetically pleasing user interface. Offers tools and suggestions for posting times, and formatting solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't able to connect to all of the social media platforms that I utilize for automatic publishing. Also could not save a set of hashtags or user handles etc. for repeated use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite made it easy to schedule and plan social media posts in advance so I could set and forget and define a consistent pattern for updating the platforms. This allows me to spend time on other tasks.
A great first step for marketing, in need of improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was a great first step for a new marketing manager to learn how to create content calendars and generate reports about the reach of our social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple columns to manage the content streams and feeds are very difficult to follow and distracting, often featuring extraneous content that is irrelevant to the user's goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aided in reducing time spent on social media. It allowed us to get a better grasp regarding how social media audiences are interacting with our content. It made us aware of just how much contenst is out there.
Exceptionally Helpful Platform but comes at a huge cost
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is a social media administration tool for building business consciousness, customer engagement and of course yielding excellent business results. I made an absolute fool out of myself when I switched to Growlee a few years ago, and that company shut its operations and I had to come back to Hootsuite. When you do come back to a product, isn't it obvious that they are delivering what they promise? I love the clean UI, magnificent customer support and quality content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you are a SME or a MSME, then it's reasonably priced. However, their business version comes at a whopping $750 a month which is far too high. Their model of pricing reminds me of Apple products. They know they are the best in their field, and that's why exploit the customers with an exorbitant pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me in scheduling Instagram, Twitter and Facebook posts. I can see all of my social media content in one place which is quite cool, to be honest. I also analyze how are we doing in our campaigns on social media. It has helped me reach many more customers than I ever thought.
Very useful, but occasionally limited with confusing analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, occasionally months ahead, and not worry about the post being published. I also love the collaborative nature of Hootsuite, as well as the basic analytics provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited functionality when it comes to Instagram - it would be much better if posting to stories was possible, without setting reminders and having to do it manually.

Hootsuite is saving me hours upon hours every week by allowing me to manage all of my business's social accounts in one place. I've been able to increase out brand awarness quite a bit in the past couple of months using it, without having to increase the workload on me.
The best tool for running social media
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule all my social media posts using the user interface. Hootsuite is the simplest thing I've found to manage my social media accounts. It's also better than any other platform I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing is that the mobile version isn't as good. When you're writing a post, there isn't enough room for a link preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped me better understand the effectiveness of our social media engagement as a whole. In addition, schedule the post and evaluate its effectiveness.

They do an excellent job of improving their tool each year, and they are receptive to customer criticism.
Best Thing I've done to help me Manage My Social Media Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all of my accounts on one site! It's absolutely amazing! The dashboard is helpful to see how you are doing as well. Still getting to understand the analytics and may need to reach out for help on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to understand the analytics more as it appears something might not be talking to each other as I have posts that are daily and it isn't showing that on my dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am better able to manage my time, a one-stop for managing my social accounts. I am more use of my time on a daily and weekly basis. With the many hats I wear at the company, saving me time is key for me.

Don't change a thing! Loving everything about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it helps me better manage posts intended for my social platforms and my clients' posts in one place. It's a great time saver and everything is kept up to date. I like how simple its user interface is and being able to see what has been posted and what is about to be posted when I want to. The scheduling of social media posts helps me work in a more organized and efficient way, it's what I find most appealing about using Hootsuite in my day to day life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has many limitations, it even has few platform connections, which forces users to purchase the paid version to acquire more and better features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped me to efficiently and smoothly plan and publish content in different social networks, make a detailed follow up of what is published, get more followers because the account keeps actively posting and has facilitated the interaction with the followers of each of the accounts under management. I find it very convenient and advantageous to use this tool in my day to day life to manage multiple accounts of my own and of several clients without neglecting details and without incurring in setbacks in the publication of content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended for individual social media managers or groups with a not too exaggerated number of accounts due to the platform having some limitations and the more feature-loaded plans like Enterprise being much more expensive.
Easy way to manage your social media
What do you like best about the product?
I can create a post for multiple accounts. Also the google my business integration
What do you dislike about the product?
For stories and reels, I have to approve from my mobile directly. Some stories are scheduled for nights or weekend days not in working hours, so I have to connect in not working hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I manage different accounts in my company, so I can have everything in one platform, so this gives me more time and make easy my job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think too much and use Hootsuite, which is a very powerful platform that helps you in you day-by-day work.
