It makes my life so much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has allowed me to schedule all of my social media posts on multiple platforms with ease. They post perfectly and having the option to edit them from my phone is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to schedule stories. Additionally, tagging people isn't intuitive outside of instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have the time to post all my content in real time. Hootsuite allows me to batch content to keep my social accounts active.
The best way to organize your social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows you to schedule posts ahead of time. It offers helpful courses for free and gives you the best recommendations in terms of when to post and what content to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will receive notifications about an error while posting and it asks me to change something on the post before rescheduling. This can be annoying at times when i don't have time to review posts. I also wish carousel posts would just post without notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIme management. Scheduling posts ahead of time saves me from spending days preparing posts and I can work on other stuff instead. It gives me more flexibility.
Reliable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can marry the intuitivity of Hootsuite and seamlessly advertise right from the same platform is fabulous! It helps you make the entire campaign more efficient without having to step out of the platform. No need to toggle between social platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is not much in terms of what one could dislike about the platform and the offered features, there is always the fact that you have to now learn a whole new way to navigate, which I mean is a small investment up top to have ease of access later. The platform is paid, as for the individual advertisers not charging anything, but it made sense for us to sign up and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am happy that I can plan campaigns across social media platforms from one unified dashboard. It helps with a single view on what ads are running and what's their status and performance.
One platform to rule them all
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see and coordinate our efforts across our myriad of platforms and better understand how to tailor our engagement for each social media has been a huge help as we continue to learn about social media and develop our marketing plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when we want to tag partners or employees but even if they are affiliated with us in some way (ie a follower, an employee on LinkedIn, etc) we cannot tag and have to resort to posting on the platform directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, everyone wears many hats. And some people were in charge of different platforms based on availability/interest/knowledge of their platform of choice. But it resulted in very disjointed posting, no sense of schedule, and very little in the way of planning, relying more on responding to others engaged on the platforms. Hootsuite really gave us a way to bring all these pieces together for a full picture of our online presence and begin planning rather than reacting.
With Hootsuite, social networks walk on their own
What do you like best about the product?
One of its many functions is to integrate all social networks in the same account, you do not need to open another account or another user for another social network. You can schedule publications separately for each social network at different times or make a single publication for all the chosen social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a pretty complete software for social network management, if I would like to see a little more variety in its image bank and templates. If it could give the option of times for other countries it would be great, as we manage social networks for clients from different parts of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have Hootsuite as our main software for social media management, our work is much easier and more effective, because we know first hand the metrics of the social networks we manage, of each client we assist. It also allows us to plan our daily publications in an orderly manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very complete software in terms of social media management, with very accurate metrics to know the behavior of followers and the community in general and helps to always publish quality content at the best times. Undoubtedly the best tool for your networks.
Coordinating the big SoMe picture
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to coordinate campaigns across several SoMe channels with reminders for tweet-length limitations and channel-specific graphic-art dimensions. Plus, Hootsuite provides useful insights on the best posting dates/times for achieving maximum traction.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not yet encountered negatives using the Hootsuite platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The convenience of simultaneously scheduling similar content across several channels is a fantastic time-saver. This gives us the ability to devote time to other projects.
We love hootsuite, it makes our job so much easier!

That it is so expensive to add more social accounts per subscription.

Great scheduling tool with limited functionality in the basic package
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule posts on our business platforms Twitter and LinkedIn. The tool is easy to navigate once you understand how it works and I also like the ability to add steams and reply in the inbox - although we don't use this nearly as much as we should!
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering the price, there isn't much offered in the basic package, aside from a scheduling tool. It would be good to have some of the more advanced capabilities such as planning a campaign or even something simple like downloading analytics as an Excel doc rather than as a PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the ability to schedule posts for a campaign in advance so that we can organise and plan - although a lot of planning is required on our side, due to the limited functionality offered in the basic plan.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really easy program to schedule my social media posts with and monitor my content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the analytics function. It's not very aestically pleasing and it could look better.

It helps me schedule all my posts across multiple platforms and brands.
