Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to batch upload is particularly useful - easy to coordinate with many team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to upload direct into instagram - as most posts these days are more than a single slide, this restriction is particulalry difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the issue of coordinated marketing.

I like that you can easily link all your social channels, track progress and monitor what's going on in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot see mentions in all channels and some stats are missing.

Perfect platform
What do you like best about the product?
Great to have all our social media platforms available to see content at a glance on all channels. Can easily duplicate and alters posts accordingly for different platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like multiple users to be available on the lower-priced paid for subscriptions. even two would be better than one. Hashtag suggestions based on content would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time scheduling social media content and being able to see all interactions in one mailbox, rather than logging in/out of multiple social media accounts.
Hootsuite meets basic needs and some slightly advanced needs, but is lacking in-depth features
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is easy to use and a clean look when viewing multiple feeds. It's a very straight forward tool that will meet the needs of many users who are new to social media management or have a fairly simple range of needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched to another provider when we found a greater need for indepth reporting, smart social listening, competitor analysis, tagging, and other advanced features. Basically, once needed to manage more than a few social profiles & wanted a really indepth look at the impact of our work, we moved to something more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our inboxes in one place and having the ability to schedule multiple channels at once were what we used most with Hootsuite. It truly streamlined the way we plan out social posts, and saved us tons of time responding to DMs and comments.
Industry Standard, Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the industry standard for a reason. They were the first to really pioneer the combined platform for social, and naturally, they do it well. Easy to use interface is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
My major turnoff is the fact that it is still heavily geared towards a Twitter-first idea, and while it works great for some industries, others need to have a different approach (i.e. news vs higher ed.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full transparency, I no longer use Hootsuite. However, the benefit is clear when you are managing social media on a major scale and need to quickly and seamlessly put out updates across major channels.
Highly Recommend Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can schedule all our social media posts in one location. We can see what is scheduled for the upcoming days and weeks as well! This allows for strategic as well as tactical planning and execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to link to other Facebook pages is not possible in Hootsuite, or at least not to our knowledge. I'd love if Hootsuite had suggestions for other sites or hashtags to include in a post. Also, I wish I could plan promotions in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to work months in advance on scheduling our strategic brand and promotion posts. This allows us to be proactive versus reactive and it allows us to be strategic as well as tactical. Finally it allows us checks by other team members thus our social media posts are always excellent and error free.

I think the price is little high but, it is so good for companies

I can connect my social media profiles without any problems

It's an alright option, but not my first choice.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see the content across all your socials within the program. You can reply and interact with some users from the site, which is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although you can interact on your socials through Hootsuite, it would not always let me retweet, reply, or like some messages. I would find myself going back to my socials page to look at notifications which defeated the purpose of being able to interact on Hootsuite. I also found the interface to be messy. I like working from a calendar view rather than seeing my social media feed. They also would not allow scheduling multiple posts on instagram, which was a deal-breaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does the basic needs that I want such as scheduling posts and that was the point of us using Hootsuite. I just prefer something with more of a simple design.

Try out Loomly as an alternative.
Easy to use, social marketing suite with great reporting tools
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the tool is fantastic and intuitive and its functionality is comprehensive across all social channels. We use Hootsuite after testing other tools including HubSpot and others and appreciate the focus on social marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not come across anything that is lacking or missing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central place to manage and execute our marketing strategy (focus on Social channels), as an SME we needed a simple and highly effective tool to ease and automate most of our tasks and Hootsuite provides just that in a very affordable cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which I can post and plan postings for my school's social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
After suing Hootsuite for the school year, I feel I still don't know all the "ins and outs", but that is a reflection on me, and not Hootsuite because I simply don't take the time needed to fully aquaint myself. I do wish Hootsuite would have special pricing for education. I"m not out to maake any money, and need to keep track of 3 accounts on my owntime. Since I don't get paid for he job, I have no funding for the 3rd social account, and as so many know, schools are short on budgets!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding mulitple items onto FB for parens and Twitter for both parents and students is such a time saving benefit. Thank you.

Take the time to get to know the featues of Hootsuite, and you will find it easy to use for your oganizations social media needs.
