Good but it is not as intuitive as you could expect

What do you like best about the product?
In general, Hootsuite provides a great platform to get organized with social media accounts. It has all the most commonly used social media channels. The overall look is clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit confusing. Any application that requires to be learned has its issues. It should be designed to mirror the existing social media channels, not trying to reinvent the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it is just used to schedule the social posts, but I prefer to use the Meta platform for Instagram and Facebook since they carry a good scheduling tool. For LinkedIn and Twitter, I would use Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is only required if you want to schedule the social media channels. If you are planning to use it as an everyday tool, it can get boring.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling view and the streams to check how well the posts are doing is great. Our global workforce team benefits from everyone having access to setting up posts and editing them as our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't get the bulk post scheduling to work and also the carousel type IG posts are something either I don't know how to do or isn't on the platform so that is something I would like to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated before our global workforce team is amazed on how scheduling post for the next quarter help us stay ahead of the game also being able to post almost immediately when something is trending is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend Hootsuite to all marketers and for all businesses .

What do you like best about the product?
It is great that it shows you what your posts will look like and ability to schedule for future dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should have a more basic option - it is way too expensive to justify the expense and I am bummed we are going to have to cancel the service as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to see what the finished product will look like and the posting timing is great to just upload and go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great to create and manage your posting schedule and tracking/measurements are good. High price for all the bells and whistles prohibitive for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Full dashboard with all the accounts, so easy to make a calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it cant' post stories, accounts gets disconnected often.

I solved that i won't need to post account by account. Easy posting

Free version is limited to 3 accounts and some reporting only available to higher-tier accounts

I am a one-man team, so being able to manage all social media in a single tool saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Hootsuite, I used to spend a lot of my time jumping between social media platforms, creating duplicate content whilst trying to collate data from all sources. As you can imagine, this took up a large proportion of my time, and as a single-person marketing department, it was a lot of pressure. Now with Hootsuite, I'm able to pre-plan my campaigns and posts, allowing me to streamline my workload and ensure I deliver regular content and monitor all incoming communications as well as analyze the data from multiple streams.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of yet, I'm yet to experience anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leveraging the Power of Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which it allows you to schedule posts and keep a track of any incoming messages or brand tags for any of the social media. The analytics of Hootsuite is another part that the marketing team loves using. It is detailed and very insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be much better. Even after the last UI update it still looks dated. Employee advocacy product like Amplify by Hootsuite are priced very high. There is no way to test the product for small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our content scheduling is done using Hootsuite. Apart from that, web monitoring, tracking and campaign analysis are other features that we use here regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage my social media in 1 place. The Calendar is useful and the statistics help me manage traffic and postings to get the best out of my money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to cancel a post at the very last minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All social media platforms in one place for a good price and more than one member of my team can access this.

Use it to manage your social media platforms as well as monitor your team and content, all for a reasonable price.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts for later publication is the main reason I signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifically for LinkedIn: Inability to tag people, upload GIFs, upload documents, and upload .srt caption files with videos. As a result, I don't use Hootsuite for those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software enabled me to post daily at precise times for 186 days with only one software hiccup. Still not sure what happened to that post, but all the others were great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For personal use, try the free version first. Only upgrade for teams or managing multiple platforms.
