It's very easy to use and I like the post time suggestions
What do you like best about the product?
I like the post preview feature so I can see how my post will actually look in whatever social media network I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the first tier is priced a bit high. I don't need 10 social accounts, I'm b2b so I am limited, $50/month is a lot to only be using the unlimited scheduled posts option. Maybe a tier between free and the current base level is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Hootsuite, I would have to every day I want to post and write the post, upload a picture or article see how it looks and make adjustments. With Hootsuite I can batch this work, I'm able to draft and schedule several weeks of posts at a time, set it and forget it!
A cost-effective way to manage your social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
User-intuitive tool and accurate metrics. I was able to get our company's social media accounts set up easily, and the metrics are much more accurate compared to Social Studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up team assignments is difficult. When it was only me using the product, I was able to create my content and schedule without issue, however, once I added a team member I cannot figure out how to add governance to posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finally able to schedule posts in advance in one spot rather than having to go into each native platform. Also, I'm able to update my metric reporting much faster through Hootsuite, although I wish IG Story metrics were available here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something simple this is the most cost-effective tool you can use.
Great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to use. I can publish/schedule my posts and forget about them. I have used other sites and have had many issues. This site is user friendly and the customer support is excellent. They help you keep know when is the best time to publish a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly very little. A few times I have had a post fail but they notify you right away so I can fix it. The only thing missing is being able to schedule posts to a personal page, but I think that is a facebook thing not hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts well in advance, frees up my time for other areas of my business. The benefits are great. I get reports of my interactions and all my platforms are in one convenient location.

Definately give it a try!
Consistently good service
What do you like best about the product?
The support team and our account manager are always super helpful and quick to respond. They always follow through on any questions we ask, especially regarding future development on the Hootsuite platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on paid ads. You can only post certain ad types and for others, we have to still go onto FB ad manager. We wanted it to be our one-stop-shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place for us to have visibility across our social and all our reporting. It is straightforward to see everything happening for the month, and the platform always has new features/updates.

Hootsuite support team are super helpful and flexible. They always work to make sure you get the right outcome for the business and are well organised and punctual.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can post anywhere with any Device. I surprisingly love the desktop version with the Calendar view makes it easy to juggle different accounts. And I love the analytics it gives me
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that I would be able to schedule and post TickTocks. And I want that directly not me scheduling something and the app notifying me it's time to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite I can guarantee that all my postings will go out and if something does get messed up I get an email immediately. Which helps me focus on other tasks at work

I like the way mentions are identified automatically, allowing for easy amplification of posts.

Images and/or link previews can not be customized for each social account when syndicating to multiple accounts

Scheduling rich content social posts that include shortened links, custom images, accurate mentions

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to plan, create and analyze in the same environment while still being pretty intuitive to use. I also like a lot the fact that we can section our audience very specifically by countries, professions location etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would add is a reminder of the posts i make when they are actually published (for example via email). since at times we would like to share it right away in other channels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bringing awareness of our brand locally since we can section itby countries. So it does not matter if the account is global we can still post by countries. Also bringing more awareness to the general public about what we do and different market sections.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage several brands, so I love the organization that Hootsuite offers. The platform is easy to use and the analytics reports are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a variety of good and bad customer service reps. When I have a good one, not much could be better. I wish there was a better way to do templated posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few bugs here and there have caused me some frustration, but I have still been satisfied overall because of all the benefits.
Best tool I've for efficient social marketing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface and how I can schedule multiple social handles for multiple accounts all within one module. My social marketing has been much more efficient. I also really like the non-profit account, working with strict budgets and small staff this has been a very efficient tool and saved me time AND money. Literally, my favorite tool and I've worked in the marketing industry for over 20 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes! Maybe my account logs me out after less than a day and I use it so frequently that I need to be logged in ALL THE TIME :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take care of multiple posts and week's worth of social posts in a fraction of the time it would take me within each social portal. That is an incredible asset to my small marketing team!

If you are looking for a communications tool for your team or your business, large or small, Hootesuite provides an efficient and useful tool to schedule, track and manage content across single or multiple social handles. Highly recommend for multi-taskers and marketers looking to boost their social but save time in the process.
The missing piece of the puzzle
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics feature that actually encourages you so be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experiences feels limited in some way in comparison to the features of the desktop site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the custom reports in the analytics tool I'm able to see more of what's important to our business rather than just a generic report full of irrelevant kpi's
