It makes my job much easier. I can work ahead by scheduling out content to focus on other projects.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate. All of the different features it offers. It can sync with other programs I use within my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints thus far with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be more organized with my content. It also helps pull analytics for my reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can post for multiple accounts in one place, at one time, makes my life easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the price. I wish it was more affordable for me as a single business owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply shortening the time required for me to post for multiple accounts, I don't have to go to different platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nothing specific really, just a great tool to use if you have multiple platforms you are posting content for.
Great for scheduling and all social media things!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling feature and that I can review comments, tagged posts, etc all in one. Everything is so user-friendly. It's much easier to use than other social media software I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can only schedule 5 posts for free. There is nothing that I can think of that doesn't work properly. This product could be better if it gave more free scheduling posts for free, I think 10 would be best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping my social media account active. I am not benefitting financially but am getting more interactions and keeping my social presence active and up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule all platforms in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unacceptable that what Hootsuite calls support is an email conversation that takes at least 24+ hours before someone responds.....each time. So I send the request for help and it takes 24 hours or more to hear back. Then I answer their extremely basic level 1 support suggestion, that I already troubleshot myself, and it takes 24+ hours to hear back. Then I have a question about something they want me to do and it takes another 24 or more hours to hear back. That is the most ridiculous and ineffective excuse for what they call support. It shows your lack of value for their Professional level members. I guess unless you go in with big bucks, Hootsuite doesn't want to support you. At least that is my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is being able to schedule posts in one spot. But even that is not happening because Facebook is showing that it is posting (in Hootsuite) but when you look at my Facebook feed the posts are not always there. So it saves time in that LinkedIn and Twitter can be scheduled from one platform but no one seems to be able to help me get Facebook fixed. They seem to not care to help their Professional level members with anything more than a useless email conversation that takes days to carry out.
Easy to use program for social media scheduling and management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an easy to use program to schedule social media content across all social media programs. It also allows provides tracking and reporting across all of the social sites you use to monitor reach, enagagement, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling feature can sometimes glitch, especially if you are editing a post that you already created.

Scheduling and tracking social media content across our accounts.
The only tool you need
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Hootsuite allows me to connect to multiple social media platforms. As well, the scheduling functionality allows me to focus my content sharing across multiple platforms and I don't need to spend too much time doing it. Hootsuite is also great for social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Hootsuite is the price, but it is the cost of doing business and I am definitely willing to pay it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to complete complex social listening and competitive intelligence functions with Hootsuite. As well, I am able to schedule social media posts over multiple platforms for multiple divers businesses.

I like the east of use and the experience.

Instagram accounts constantly being disconnected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts being disconnected and not able to use location tagging. It's easy to use the platform and batch schedule content. This helps us streamline our processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no way to tag locations on Hootsuite.
This is the only platform you need for online reputation management

It lets me track all social accounts under one umbrella

Nothing as of now. But the UI can be less cluttered.

Hootsuite is Great for Non-Profits
What do you like best about the product?
For Non-profits, Hootsuite can give you the tools to succeed on social media. They not only provide a social media scheduler/ content manager, but they also provide basic analytics and prompts for how often you are posting to ensure your engagement is up to par.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface design is not aesthetically pleasing. It feels like a program from the early 2000s, but it is not the end of the world. Sometimes their emails with analytics updates are not appealing either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling is much easier. Less overwhelming and I can get other tasks with work done a lot faster and less time is manually posting now. It's good for content scheduling.
More intuitive than Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is helpful because you can organize your posts ahead of time, it's easy to move around if something changes (social media is constantly changing) and it's easy to jump from channel to channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many tabs at the same time, it can be overwhelming. You can't also save canned responses, so that makes you have to keep a separate file with canned responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use with a team, I like how flexible you can be while organizing the content.

It's really flexible, and you can be organized while handling over 20 accounts.
