Good platform

What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to manage multiple social media accounts and businesses from 1 platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I just could not afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could manage my time and schedule posts for multiple businesses across multiple social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the onboarding process is easy and the dashboard is fun. I have 2 favortie features - the Hootsuite blogs and the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many glitches throughout the week but I do get pop up boxes stating what the issue is so I know that Hootsuite is aware of any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing multiple social media brands on one platform so it keeps me organized

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage all of my social media platforms on one page. It's very easy to use and it's not a complicated platform. Would definitely use, especially as a solo social media team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very simple, which can be tough when working with a team. There's no protocol to set up approvals (that I know of), and it can be expensive if you want to add on too many pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem of being a solo social media manager who has so many platforms to manage. This makes it much easier to schedule all the content I need. Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is managing and sharing content on multiple platforms. Other most important features are scheduling content for future dates, also planning based on content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great for sharing content on social media for already created content by team but sometimes it requires some premade template library for content idea's which is missing in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our tideous work for sharing contents on various social media channels. Hootsuite provided ability to schedule promotion for future. It also shows analysis of every content from which we can easily know what users required.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps manage all the social media channels in one platform and saves time by allowing you to schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan allows you to only schedule 5 posts which can be increased. And sometimes the post goes live without the feature image which should be resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling and management. Hootsuite allows you to customise your urls. You can tag people customise your link preview which are great features

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature tells me the most optimal times of the day that users most likely will interact with my posts. This helps me determine the best times to plan my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I recall, there was not an easy way to target certain audience members; such as certain posts or email blasts being sent to a certain audience. Not all posts / emails apply to everyone and I had wanted to send targeted messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I was solving is maintaining communication and relevance with my audience. It was important to stay active on social media to stay at the forefront of my followers' minds. The best benefit was being able to schedule Posts ahead of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend this to others.

The ability to see a year at a time. I wish there was a way to view everything at once.

No major problems! I really enjoy being able to efficiently plan and link on Instagram

What do you like best about the product?
The 'publisher' and 'analytics' sections are the most helpful, making it incredibly easy to plan, schedule and visualise on a calendar all of your social content. While the 'analytics' section gives you quick insight into the performance and engagement of your past posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a summary dashboard shown upon log-in that would give snippets of data and analytics based on your recent use of the tool. Other than that, the existing features perform well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and organising social media posts across many platforms was too time consuming, stressful, and led to inconsistency across posting. Hootsuite resolves this for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite. It is easy and fun to use. They are adding more amazing features regularly. I love using Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the analytics can be a little confusing. Also - the best times to publish is still not very accurate. I would like to see more improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for social media management for my organization. I post content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn using Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Except that they jacked up their prices, it is a great software.
