Easily Manage All Social Channels Using One Application
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a secure tool to promote content on social media platforms. We can track all social pages posts, users and other activities. In Hootsuite, We can schedule our daily posts with images on multiple social platforms. It is the best social media management tool to generate business output. We can increase followers on social media pages and improve branding of our business. It also gives detailed analytic reports for our paid campaigns to improve search results.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the use of the hootsuite tool, we have solved lots of client problems and attended to client queries on a priority basis. Advanced Tool To Increase Online Users On Social Media Platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for business leads for a long time but did not get success. Created too many social campaigns but did not get any business leads. So we purchased a Hootsuite social media campaign manager. It is an advanced tool to share social posts and easily manage social campaigns. Hootsuite also provides a demo of this software so we can check it before purchase. Hootsuite has multiple interaction options for users. We can improve customer conversations and focus on customer queries. Hootsuite can be integrated with multiple social channels like whatsapp and other live chat.
Scheduling Post With The Ease of Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is the ability to schedule posts on multiple different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. by uploading media (photos and videos), captions and hashtags. You can schedule these posts to be published weeks in advance to ease your work tasks and never have to miss a day of posting. Once scheduling a day, Hootsuite will also provide you with the best time to post to reach the most people, based on previous analytics. I also really like that for each different social media platform, Hootsuite will show you exactly how your content, comment, and hashtags will look all together once posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that when posting videos, sometimes there is an error with Hootsuite posting the content on Instagram. With this error, I have to manually go into Instagram and post the content, defeating the purpose of scheduling the content in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving with Hootsuite is the ease of my weekly task of posting is all now based on Hootsuite posting the scheduled content for me. I now longer have to waste my time going into each social media platform to post the same content four times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others to schedule content as in advance as possible to ease their workflow and not have to worry about posting at the right time, with the right comment, and hashtags.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to plan posts and stories ahead of time and auto post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Carasel posts not being able to auto post, not being able to tag location and tag people when auto positing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to set alarms for posting. Auto post works amazing for work flow.

Great platform for managing multiple accounts

I love everything in one spot, easy to manage! I have all my platforms in one location and it makes it easy to see and schedule all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Instagram is only ten images. I would like it to be the full 20 like the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One spot to get most all platforms addressed, much easier to go to one spot than several!
Hootsuite for Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
It was an all-in-one platform for social media management. Once all set up how you wanted/needed it was easy to monitor the different platforms for one to multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was so much to learn and customize in the dashboards. With each client, there was a large onboarding phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can create large batches of posts ahead of time and schedule everything out. It was also convenient to monitor activity on social platforms such as comments, likes or shares.
Does The Job Across Multiple Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to post the same content across multiple platforms with ease. This means a job that could take 30 minutes, only takes 2 minutes. A massive time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can look confusing at times and it can be very cluttered. A more simple approach to what is on screen would make it easier on the eyes and not so difficult to keep track of whats what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time and makes it simple to post content across multiple platforms. This means the content is consistent, benefiting our social media presence.
I loved the way Hootsuite helps me in scheduling my social media posts as well as provide insights.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be better. Better font selections and color schemes would make it more user-friendly.

The entry price is very affordable and offers a good amount of tools and functions

With Hootsuite I can manger easily my agency's social channels and I can spend less time in publishing posts and switching channels
Hootsuite is a great tool for those beginning their enterprise . It's very easy to navigate

I enjoy the fact that all my correspondence can be viewed from one inbox.

After I downloaded the Hootsuite app, I am no longer able to post from my cell phone app

We are building more engagement and followers on twitter which is a platform we have struggled with in the past.

If you need an easy to use starter program, hootsuite is the best platform to begin with
