Hootsuite makes social media planning easy

What do you like best about the product?
Allowing team members to view, edit and approve proposed content for social media channels. My days are also busy as is, and Hootsuite gives me one less thing to worry about with social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that the team function is a bit confusing to set up. We found that the registration process was a bit hard to get working and I had to resend invitations over and over. I would love if there was an option to gain approval from someone who isn't attached to our Hootsuite account so that the approval governance can be connected to each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the problem of time. I work on a small team of 3 people, so planning social media posts shouldn't take long. We all have differing priorities so Hootsuite makes our lives easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I could see a post view on the calendar in Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like how all social profiles were on one calendar, so I had several logins to keep them separate.

Content Planning was helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use. Security and analytics.

One of the more costly solutions. There is a little bit of a learning curve for more advanced features.

Time management for content publishing. Justification of content marketing and social media planning.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the extra tools and webinars that Hootsuite offers. It has a very sleek and clean layout and it is appealing to look at. Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule posts, and they are great about offering tips to make the posts better. The analytic tools that Hootsuite offers is exceptional, and as a social media professional, it is like having another person on my team...in my mind, Hootsuite really is as valuable as hiring another person!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about Hootsuite is that you can't schedule videos on Instagram as reels, and sometimes the sizing of the pictures doesn't integrate across channels which causes me to have to cut down the size or schedule the posts individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like I have another person on my team. I can work on social media for a couple of hours a week and I don't have to worry past that about making sure that I remember to make posts on certain days. I also don't have to keep track of analytics and I can bring the data that I receive from Hootsuite in a neat and understandable PDF or graph format to show my company our marketing growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you take advantage of the webinars, free educational offerings, and other learning opportunities that Hootsuite has available to get the most out of your membership.

What do you like best about the product?
Since I have 4 different companies and at least 4 social media accounts for each, this makes it very simple to look at everything easily and simply. The analytics tool is great to see how your posts are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if there was some integration with TicTok. I have not had any problems with using Hootsuite, I find that it has been super easy to use with this many accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not want all of the employees to have to use their personal accounts. Having Hootsuite made it easy to give access to all of the employees to have access to their account and allow me to monitor the use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that you just need to go to one platform to post content across channels and social media and even track how the post analytics are. It's such an easy and diverse tool to use for social media management and Posting content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the paid plans are quite expensive as the free plan only allows 2 social media accounts to be added. Sometimes I feel there are glitches and it takes a lot of time to load. Also, integration with other tools can help better productivity 10x times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact how easy Hootsuite is to use and How it gives me access to content posting on all he platform at once by just landing at one page. It gives me immense power and saves alot of time while posting content and leading to a great efficiency and productivity

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent platform if you're looking for all the bells and whistles. Having a archive of previous posts for later reposting and a better recurring post tool would be my only sugestions for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can schedule out my posts, that I can have multiple accounts and that I can access royalty free images.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost - I think its way too high for what this does. Plus, I can only have one user on my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
advance scheduling, more offering to my clients.

Its a good tool especially if you are managing multiple accounts.
