Hootsuite is a fantastic social media management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very helpful in scheduling your content/post on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn. It is easy to use and edit and allows a pop-up when the character exceeded the required number (for example in Twitter).
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Hootsuite is that not many can afford it because it is a bit costly. It would be better if they can offer it at a lower cost but with fewer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite can greatly help in scheduling your content post so that you may not missed a certain time to post because you can schedule it at your desired and even when you're sleeping or busy with other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you intend to avail only of the free plan, choose the two social media platform where you wish to post because it is only limited to 2 platform for free.

What do you like best about the product?
The program provides a plethora of tools to manage social media accounts easily and efficiently. Along with Hootsuite, I use Zoho Social to manage all my social media accounts. It offers easy scheduling of posts for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit costly compared to some other competitors. Installing multiple add ons is very expensive. The analytics can sometimes be not enough for report creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage various social media accounts in my company. It helps me automate the scheduling of social media posts and gather key information about our users.

I love how Hootsuite givers you recommended post times and shows you great analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to post Facebook stories though.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to plan content across multiple channels. Many great tools are available, including editing tools. Hootsuite makes scheduling easy, you can customize your messaging and edit images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging can be tricky, emojis can take a while to load, and I wish I could drag and drop to reschedule posts instead of going into each one and changing time of the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time problems. Working for a nonprofit means you are busy doing several things all the time. Time is precious and using Hootsuite to schedule our social media content makes it a breeze. It's fantastic to be able to track insights too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone responsible for scheduling and tracking social media content. It will free up your time and give you great tracking tools.
Ideal platform for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to multiple platforms, and it allows you to quickly overview any and all messages to enable responding in a timely manner. Mobile app is top drawer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't optimise images according to the platform. It would be good to be able to select different images on a multiple-platform post, when duplicating text content. Occasionally it doesn't share to all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a time-saving thing for us. Saving as drafts also gives us the option of uploading multiple days of content that can then be scheduled when we're ready for that part of our strategy.

It makes scheduling posts much easier, especially when posting on multiple channels

It takes a little while to learn and sometimes errors pop up, but it's not difficult to find a solution.

It saves me a lot of time by letting me schedule multiple posts well in advance

I like the scheduling capability and ability to tailor posts for each type of social media account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ability to not post more than 1 photo to instagrma from the website.

I'm solving the problem of having to login to all the social media accounts separately to post - it also enables me to create shorter URL's within the webiste.
Great social media planning & analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to post to 3 social media accounts. I like the feature allows you to edit the content for each platform, within the same set up post. Very convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I will schedule or submit posts and they won't post to the social media accounts. Once I tried submitting a post 3 times and it wouldn't go through. The next day, the post did post 3x. It seemed like the system had been "reset" to release the posts I had submitted the previous day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to determine the effectiveness of my hashtags to increase post views and engagement. I'm also still trying to understand the best days and times to post.
Great tool, though can be co$tly for smaller businesses

The reporting within hootsuite is great. Hootsuite also makes it really easy to post across various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Also, the fact that you can't schdule carosel images on FB/IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking url shortner is great as you get a complete picture across socials. Saving on time publishing in one spot.
Really good experience to start

Hootsuite is a very user-friendly app, it's easy to start and organize your planned daily content
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling can only happen every 5 minutes, you're not able to schedule something for less than five minutes out and the calendar view is a little uncomfortable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I changed subscriptions and no longer use Hootsuite
