An amazing social media management tool

What do you like best about the product?
This is far the best social media management tool that I have come across. It has become really easy and convenient to schedule the weekly content for all the social media platforms at one go. Analytics are pretty great and data offered is real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot tag other accounts and pages. The cost of subscription is comparatively on the higher end. Instagram failure is consitent and requires frequent re-connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become very easy to schedule weekly content of posts to our all social media platforms as per most engagement time slot and thus saving a lot of time. It has got all the requisite tool and analtyics to engage with our followers.

Their analytics is available for all platforms and is very customizable

It's not as seamless and updated as other scheduling platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I found HOOTSUITE extremely helpful when monitoring keywords about the current digital conversation that I am currently tracking down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the feature to monitor Facebook fanpages and groups. I hope it will be available soon again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can monitor keywords, hashtags, even geolocalized tweets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to post across multiple social media platforms, to schedule posts and even montior messages across platforms. With so many social media accounts, is the only way I can stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me save time and make sure I am able to respond to all social media messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers a lot of great resources above post scheduling. Most of them are free like different blogs, research and social media trends. These are definitley things every social media marketer can benefit from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite was definitely one of the first social media scheduling tools I ever tried. It was a leader but I do feel a lot of other programs have come out with better pricing and benefits even in free versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a great 'set it and forget it' tool, also offers pretty good analytics in one dashboard. You can also set up your advertising.

Support is annoying and they are not responsive to the feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It's easy to use
2. it has a free plan for solopreneurs and companies who don't want to pay a premium initially
3. The data are real-time
4. Able to see past post on the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. cheaper plan for solopreneur esp for countries that don't use US$
2. To pay S$70 a month when officially using not more than five social media platforms, good to have unlimited, but if there is no use of it, then it will be a waste
3. Cant post for TikTok

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post one message here and that it appears on multiple social media sites. I also like that you can see the feeds of all of the sites in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the site itself looks so busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having o post one message in multiple places is a waste of time. With Hootsuite you can do it all on one page.
