Well-controlled publications for your social networks
What do you like best about the product?
With Hootsuite we have been programming our publications on social networks for a long time, I like it because it is an efficient, simple interface, it allows a lot of control and above all it provides a detailed analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we had problems with the integration of social networks and that is perhaps the only negative aspect, they reconnect easily, without problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Hootsuite for several years to manage our social networks and it is an essential tool for my community manager.
Efficiency made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a time saver for me! It allows me to store my posts and schedule them whenever I need them to go out. This consistency helps to build my personal brand. When creating content, it’s easy to do multiple posts during one session. The tricky part is remembering to post it or having the time to post regularly; with Hootsuite, it’s one less thing I have to worry about at the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to this product is the non-tagging of personal LinkedIn accounts for posts. However, it does allow for tagging of company profiles, so this helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saved me a lot of anxiety in the mornings. In the past, I used to rush to upload media and content for specific times, and this kept back most of my morning. Now, it is easy, goes out on time, and I don't have the hassle of putting posts up at the last minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One recommendation would be to have your content compiled beforehand then use Hootsuite to schedule the content. It's easier to do this rather than creating content, then scheduling, then going back to create content.
Fast 'n Friendly Social Media Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, time-saving platform that saves me time and effort keeping my social media channel well-fed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the stream set-up and dashboards is a little tricky at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love the analytics and ability to customize a generic post to suit the individual platforms (eg - tags and links) - great time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is VERY user-friendly, and I like everything about the program. The weekly insights that are available also provide me a good picture of which posts, on any of my four platforms, performed the best for me.

All-In-One Social Media Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves using Hootsuite to centralize all social media activity into one easy-to-use platform. Our most used feature is the content planner. Having a birds-eye overview of all published and upcoming content has been key in establishing a successful social strategy across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were a way to schedule Instagram stories and add product tags to Instagram posts within Hootsuite, this would be a home-run product. This is currently a limitation in the API, but here's hoping it can be developed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has streamlined social media content planning and scheduling across platforms and teams. This tool has allowed us to establish an efficient workflow and save time and resources that we can re-invest elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule post and insights dashboard makes it convenient to check data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive. I also keep on getting notifications that the scheduled content failed to post.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows me to schedule posts in the future. It made me more fluid in my posts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ummmmmm I guess that I can't go back in time and change a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can plan my posts in a more organized fashion. My posts have become more syncronized. I can get more done faster.

I love that I can sit down and plan my posts all in one afternoon. Very clean and consise.

What do you like best about the product?
Useful app, which suits what I need to do, and is easy to figure out how to use. The log-in and security is very good. Seamless experience and analytics are useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be basic in appearance and function. When scheduling content and a post might not automatically post, it doesn't always return to my drafts and allow me to re schedule.

Stress Free
What do you like best about the product?
We are so happy with Hootsuite for assisting us with our social media - we can see everything, plan, create content, track insights. The reporting is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot think of much that we dislike about the product. Hootsuite is constantly updating, provides excellent training and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep our social media in-house and have multiple team members creating content. It helps save time so that we can take care of our guests and focus on other projects.

This program will help you whether you are a small business new to social media or a more established company. It is time-saving!

Simplicity. It's easy to pick up and easy to master. You don't have to be a computer wiz to manage your social media pages.

Nothing off the top of my head. They have met all my needs.
