Love Hootsuite!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to add images that I may want to use in my advertising. It helps me create beautiful advertisements to use on my regular job and my side job as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing at first. I had a bit of a struggle learning how to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue was I was struggling to add pics and images to my weekly posts but could only find clip art and things along those lines. Hootsuite came to my rescue, and now I enjoy creating my posts!

What do you like best about the product?
ability to schedule multiple social streams weeks ahead, the insights of good times to post and the ability to flex each post according to platform's needs - all in one go
What do you dislike about the product?
In the desktop version, navigating from week to week would be easier if the GUI scrolled as well as jumped. Also, it defaults to seeing the calendar at midnight - if I'm looking at 8am on week 1, and I move to week 2.... I have to drag the calendar back up to the time I was looking at before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm in the content planning and writing mood I can put it all out there in one go and not have to think about it anymore. So it saves me time in going back to each platform and individually adding my new content in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to easily schedule your social posts, Hootsuite does it and does it well.
Pretty easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The premade posts for our company are eye catching ,I have had problems with a few not being compliant even though they were premade. Easy to schedule ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social Accounts disconnecting very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its good that they get approval from corp and that it is a benefit .

Very easy to use, good premade posts, easy to create/modify posts

that i can't schedule posts on personal profiles and multiple images on instagram

I have only one space to work on my posts and I gained time and sense of organisation
Fully featured and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer volume of monitoring you can set up all in one place is invaluable. Multiple boards with up to 10 streams per board, and each stream is sub-searchable. It's awesome. I'm also a big fan of the geocode search.
Even on the free account with just 2 social media accounts connected, the amount of monitoring potential is huge. I'm a fan of adding all my Twitter lists into one board so I have them all in one screen.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface design. It's very chunky and blocky. I much preferred the old interface going back to 2015/16ish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have a lot of saved searches on my socials, and Hootsuite lets me have them all on one screen at the same time without having to have multiple tabs or screens open.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version is very robustly featured and can let you try it out on two social accounts. If you decide to go pro, it's inexpensive and unlocks some great analytics and other features.
It has made my life so much less stressful to be able to have posts I create automatically go out.

The option to post more than a week out vs just a couple of days of posts.

Nothing at the moment I have found that I dislike about the app

Just the benefit of creating content and pre schedule them so I don't have to worry about it is soooo extremely helpful.

Give it a try at least. Helps keep your media organized

What do you like best about the product?
The pre-made ads catorgized per social media platform...but I also like how I can create my own and still have peace of mind that business rules are being followed.
What do you dislike about the product?
it seems to lose connection to some of the social media platforms that repeatedly has to be connected; and Linkdin always states that it cannot be posted to due to this reason, we can't seem to get it fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure I get sufficient postings completed to allow the business to be seen. That I can be more productive, but it seems that the pre-made postings get less likes, shares, or organic views that when i do a more personal one with the Agent/family.
Best SM Scheduling Platform EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the inboxes on the same platform. It's a great way to look at all the accounts we manage and respond to customers in on the central hub!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't schedule IG stories or carousel posts like some other platforms offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I don't get a notification in my email that a post had a problem publishing. But I also really enjoy having the inbox feature.
Makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Hootsuite four months ago when I got a job where I have manage four social channels. It is magical. I really how it allows me to plan, schedule, edit, and post content on our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see it improved in the edit post area. Sometimes the application lags, which is annoying. I would also like to see Hootsuite improve its tagging integration. Sometimes it is hard to tag other pages/profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I plan, schedule, and post content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I am learning more about Hootsuite as I keep working with it. I think it is a great application to have on your side.
Great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pre-load our information once a week and hit all of our social media sites! In the busy world of small business, this is a great Product!

Nothing really, it is simple to use and esy to follow~!

Time, time, Time! When you spend hours daily chasing leads on clients, every minute is valuable.
