Streamlining Social
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media posts in advance is the most significant advantage to using Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a bit clunky when trying to post multiple images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving so much time when using Hootsuite. It creates a strong feeling that a very important part of our business is handled and taken care of.
Easy to Use & Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule social media posts ahead of time and on multiple platforms at once. It makes it extremely easy to maintain a social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, I've had trouble scheduling social media posts on more than 3 platforms at once. I think I was asked to pay at that point. As such, I now only share to 2 platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Studies have shown that most people in our target industry check social media early in the morning, so Hootsuite makes it possible for me to share news on social media before I even wake up!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to maintain an active social media presence but don't necessarily have the time to sit on each platform, Hootsuite might be a good choice for you. Not only can you schedule posts for any time of day, but you can pre-load multiple scheduled posts.
Hootsuite Is Very Useful and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It saves you time, posting to all of your social media accounts at once. I also like that it allows you to customize for each platform, but still use the same basic info. Let's you work smarter, not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to use a mobile device to publish multiple photos to Instagram. Hootsuite does make it easy to copy and paste the info vai push notifications, but it's still a little inconvenient to have to switch devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has saved me a lot of time in being able to schedule posts for a later date, to all of our social media accounts. I have planned a month of posts at a time. Then I don't have to worry about it for a month at a time. I also reallty like the analytics of all of our account activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn about and make use of as many features as you can. Makes life a lot easier.

The time-saving! I love that I can post to all the social media sites for our nonprofit.

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

I am part of a small 3-person nonprofit, and there is never enough time to do everything! Before Hootsuite, I struggled with posting to social media because it was very time-consuming. I love that I can post across all social media sites from one place.

Sometime navigating through content and getting back with ease to the publishing page.

Publishing is.more convenient that customers can view professional written content.
Makes my life easier and so so easy to edit scheduled posts!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of Hootsuite! I've been using this software for 2 years now and can't imagine my life as a small business owner without Hootsuite. I'm able to schedule out my clients social media posts 4 weeks ahead of time and this allows me to not to have to worry about posting. It's very easy to edit or delete posts, this includes changing the time of day the post is scheduled to go live, changing the photo, or even allowing me to create two different posts at the same exact time (one for Facebook and one for Instagram.) Truly a great software that I can't imagine my life without.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to not like about Hootsuite, but I will say sometimes scheduled posts do fail to post, so I have to go in and reschedule it or create a whole new post. I also wish it was more cost-effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm allowing my clients peace of mind to know that their social media accounts are well-maintained and scheduled out in advance. I let Hootsuite take the wheel and I don't have to worry about manually posting every single day. Thank you!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hootsuite to a small business owner looking to schedule out social media posts. Hootsuite takes the wheel and allows you to not worry about manually posting every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I schedule a few week's worth of content, I can "be done with it" and not think about it again! It's so nice to know that Hootsuite is working "in the background."
I also keep post ideas in there (saved drafts) and I love that I have one spot that saves my ideas; it saves so much time and energy moving forward.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain videos or links won't post to all the channels at once (videos on Linkedin primarily) and that can be a little frustrating sometimes.
If an account gets "disconnected," it's difficult to get it reconnected. It won't update like it should. Especially with Instagram.
Comments are a little hard to respond to via the Hootsuite platform. I usually go in the actual social media site to respond.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about forgetting to post every week; taking the time to reorganize content for the various platforms we have; or try to go back and remember what I posted and when. It's all in Hootsuite and, again, saves me so much time and brain power.
Easy to track, post, share contents to all platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics, the planner, and the ability to easily create posts from Canva within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be changed a bit. It looks a bit old now 😊

Listening what people are talking about what matters to me. The responses other people say to those interactions.

It's easy to use, quick to schedule posts on multiple platforms, accounts. And the analytics are perfect to read what you shpuld be focusing on.
Great Solution for Small Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
The streaming platform allows me to monitor activity throughout the day efficiently. The app gives me insight in our off-hours should anything need addressing. Posting on both the app and desktop is easy for all platforms and allows for customization for each platform in one single transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting to Instagram stories requires an extra step on my cell phone that is easy but can get lost in my day-to-day activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small non-profit and social media is rolled into a job with five other main priorities. Hootsuite allows us to be effective and efficient, look professional and monitor results.

Hootsuite is affordable, easy to use and effective at helping our small non-profit manage our social media efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can look at my analytics for the past week or month. As well as being able to schedule a WHOLE month ahead!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I could tag individual accounts on LinkedIn as it only allows me to tag pages. There are people in our organization that specialize in what we do that need to be highlighted. Another thing is the pages I get shown to tag are primarily American, and I'm based in South Africa, so it would be helpful to include more African country pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving so much time by scheduling posts ahead of time. I can solely focus on doing my marketing manager duties and budgets, content planning, etc. Performance has dramatically increased because of the algorithm noticing how regularly we post.
