What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts and being able to do one post for several different social media sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram can be tricky as far as posting more than one photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create and post content more regularly without being tied to media (by scheduling posts).

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite makes my job so much easier! Having all my social accounts in one place is ideal and Hootsuite makes it easy to create and edit posts. My social media engagement has increased quite a lot since I began using Hootsuite about 9 months ago. I recommend Hootsuite enthusiastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. My only dislike is that I can only post to one Twitter account at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased social media engagement and followers; ease of creating and sharing social media posts.

Easy way to manage social media!

What do you like best about the product?
By creating one post, you can send it out to multiple pages all at the same time. There is no need to go to separate social media accounts and essentially copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company I work for does not have the budget for advertising. We are a governmental agency so we are not allowed to pay to advertise our services. The free version only allows two social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have many problems I am solving other than freeing up some time. The benefits are just that. Schedule a post for a day or a week in advance and let it do the work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great how I can post to several of our social media sites with one post.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a real shame that we can't get Twitter to allow Hootsuite to post to more than one twitter account at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving. More productive. Can monitor my social media feeds from one single dashboard.

Hootsuite gets pretty expensive once you try to operate on an agency scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite really helps to get in the flow of managing your social media presence, and engaging with your audience at the same time. There can't be a better substitute for the job they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's interface is slightly janky and not really modern. However, if you can look beyond that at the immense functionality it provides by connecting to any social media account, it's a win.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped cut down from spending time across various different tabs and apps, onto one single platform. I can now manage my social media engagement much more effectively together, than individually as before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The swiss army knife for social media management - use it to the fullest!

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to navigate and the dashboard is very easy to read. The analytics are real time
So easy to know what's working best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about hootsuite. There isn't anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content to instantly go on in our social pages without having to manually do it. As well as reporting on SM
Metrics per month.

Stopped Using Hootsuite -- Too Hard to Share

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuit used to be my go-to for scheduling tweets. It is a quality product that is also easy to use, and I have never had problems with tweeting, scheduling, or editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I stopped using Hootsuite when I had a very specific problem occur: a terminated employee's scheduled tweets were publishing from her personal account, which was linked to clients. I thought that this problem could happen to anyone, and I decided it wasn't worth the bother of going back in and editing certain tweets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central publishing "hub" is a great solution for a busy professional, and even the free version allows for multiple publishing accounts at the same time.

Switch from Hootsuite to Loomly

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing wowed me about Hootsuite. The only reason we used it was the good reviews and it seemed like that's what everyone else was using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface it is dated and not easy to use. It was also incredibly difficult to link multiple social accounts to hootsuite. The customer service is not helpful and it seems like no one knows what's going on.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for seeing most social media platforms in one space. I like that the sign up process and connecting accounts is incredibly intuitive and easy. The scheduler suggests the best time to make posts based on audience visibility which is a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't seem to be very friendly for small businesses. It would save some time, but I don't think it would be worth the price per month for a small, non-profit business. It would also be nice to see more recommendations to improve the accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to most social media platforms in one space, cross posting, and viewing page analytics. This would be beneficial for bigger social media management.
