Automating Social Posts
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Hootsuite is that the interface lays out windows well so you can optimize and customize your messaging to each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understandably as it grew in popularity it moved to a pay model, but it was a great option as a beginner's automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solved by using Hootsuite and the benefit realized was saving time in having to login and write the post in each platform and it suggests tags and hashtags to best reach a wide audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great starting point.
Scalable and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was an out of the box solution for us to manage client social media accounts. It required very little set up and many junior team members could use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our social media accounts frequently disconnected from Hootsuite for unknown reasons. It would cause blips in posting which was a pain for us in delivering on content calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could very easily write and schedule social media content in a "set it and forget it" way. It allowed us to free up manual posting across multiple platforms for multiple clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a easy to launch tool which allows for scheduling across mainstream social media platforms, this is a great choice.
Hootsuite Keeps You Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to post to my client's Twitter and Facebook pages from one place. After posting blogs to their websites, Hootsuite made it easy to get their blog out on social media and it allowed me to schedule posts for over the weekend too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really wasn't anything to dislike. It helped me get my work done faster and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to schedule posts for my client's blogs for over the weekend when typically no one is technically on the clock. It gave our clients a larger presence on social media.
Best social media management tool I’ve used!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's user experience is top notch. I love the streams, the scheduling tool is stellar. This is old news now, but the ability to schedule instagram posts and stories was a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could be more nuanced with the permissions levels. When working with multiple clients or clients who have multiple businesses, I'd like a more granular approach to who can access what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling is the best! I've also used hashtag monitoring and listening streams. I am able to free up my time and my team's time by not having to scour the internet for listening and not having to manually post.
Excellent organizational tool for social needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be proactive with social posts in a shared enviornement! Scheduling posts is an excellent way for our organization to stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not run into any issues as of yet. I believe for our purposes this is an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, being proactive with our social posts is a strength we are looking to build. The ability for multiple team members to see whats in the pipeline is another plus.

The ease of posting, managing, and having a quick look at the analytics of posts

How expensive it is, how they changed what is offered for free and how analytics arent in depth

Timesaving Scheduling Feature
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to schedule a post on required social media channels in one place according to the requirement without login to different acounts and monitor all channels at once. Also, one can view planned post in calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an image in preview but once published, no image is displayed and also onceawhile there is a video uploading issue

Schedule Post in advance helps in saving time and stress-free for a month. Also can manage the work between social media team efficiently
Best Social Automation Platform I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the UI to schedule out all of my social listings is a life safer. Hootsuit is the easiest and most efficient social management platform I've used and beats out the competitors I've used on every aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about this platform, but you will likely have to pay for a membership as the free version of Hootsuite doesn't allow you to do what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps save my team time by scheduling out all of our and our client's social postings in advance. This allows us to efficiently and effectively manage all of our social postings at one time and not have to manually post them ourselves.

I like to have all of my social media profiles in one platform. It is very easy to manage and schedule posts. It saves me time.

There are no complaints on my end, I like everything.

Useful Tool for Social Media Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the robust ability to schedule, monitor, engage with, and run analytics for content across multiple social platforms for multiple clients. The 'streams' feature is very helpful on the initial dashboard to get a quick glimpse of everything going on. I love that you can customize so many different dashboards, streams, reports, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the reporting had more specific options. Other platforms have allowed me to run specific engagement rates for specific Instagram posts or to track NET follower growth on specific social platforms. The sizing guidelines for Instagram and Facebook can be frustrating when I have to click between a photo editing platform and Hootsuite because they don't have auto-size options to fit the dimensions per platform (ex: adding a photo that isn't 9x16 for Instagram or Facebook, having to go resize it and come back, reupload).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving efficiency problems by not having to manually post content each day, or hunt down analytics metrics natively from each social platform. I think it definitely helps streamline my daily work flow.
