Marketing Coordinator
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and understand. Schedule multiple posts at the same time. Customer support is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previewing posts isn't seamless across the channels when you are scheduling. Free version features are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily schedule posts well out in advance.
An excellent home-base for multi-stream SM management
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar/schedule view- which allows me to see what content is scheduled to be posted, and when. This lets us get a high level view super quickly, and not have to click everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm picking nits here, but I find the UI/UX to be underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, it functions FINE, I jus tthink the flow of where to click is unintuitive. For example, I can view my drafts in ~5 clicks, but only because I know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows MULTIPLE people to collaborate on managing our social streams. Without Hootsuite, we'd need a constant chat of what we're thinking of posting when, and doublechecking that we aren't doubleposting.
A fairly simple way to manage multiple social media accounts in one place
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I liked most about Hootsuite is its versatility; it is straightforward to manage accounts on social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, among others, all through a single environment enriched with functions to keep each social network updated and interact with the followers of the accounts. Hootsuite has the quality of being a very intuitive and friendly interface, which makes navigation and usability of the program more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its cost is relatively high if we compare it with other tools with the same purpose. Still, I consider it very worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been essential when managing the social networks used in my organization; it gives me peace of mind by allowing me to monitor everything that happens around the accounts in social channels within the same platform. It has magnificent views, and the publication scheduler has allowed us to keep the social networks always up to date, which has been quite good for our brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended without a doubt; it is straightforward to use, and connecting accounts on social channels are not complicated, as is scheduling posts. It's the best social media management tool, don't expect too much.
Great, but could be better with small tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling makes this a solid app for getting ahead of your social media calendar. It can take an hour to set up weeks of work for any social media needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most significant downsides is a disappointing inability to search or find emojis for social media use efficiently. It is a frustrating feature for an otherwise stellar application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving scheduling out social media posts. I no longer need to be sitting at my computer to make sure a command sends at a particular time. It has shaved invaluable minutes off of my workload.
Great Product for Social Advertizing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and features of the product. Here we used to send the posts on multiple social platforms at a time. Here we sync all the social business accounts here.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike from my end. I do like features and everything in this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps the marketer to give information to the audience in less time. And here we don't have any confusion about maintaining social business platforms.
User Friendly Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that all social channels can be managed from one window.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

How to save time and look at everything in one window instead of going back and forth between social channels.
Hootsuite Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and set up. It takes less than ten minutes to create your account and set up all the streams. It makes a social media manager's job really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform looks a little dated and clunky, but it's still easy to read and use. I think Hootsuite could modernize it a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling Twitter posts is the biggest problem that I solved using Hootsuite. It is a huge benefit that allows social media managers to prioritize their time.

Use it and research all of their features to utilize fully
Reliable Digital Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy, up to date with the current trend for Digital Marketing tools and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Therr are only limited features, but so far I don't much issues as it's working very well with how I'm using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite have helped me in having an overview or insights with the overall results of our social media plans. Also scheduling the post and see which approaches are working well or not.

Sometimes, I have to remove text from twitter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometimes links may not transfer over into the accounts, and benefits of having all ten accounts I manage in one place is awesome
Easy to use, better now than ever
What do you like best about the product?
When SO many things are virtual now, and we rely so much on the digital space, it's fantastic to have something that makes it easy to post to all platforms. It's easy to use, especially since platforms have various character limits and other things. Takes the guess work out of it. I can manage multiple clients at once. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOMETIMES it's a bit hard to follow how to best post or what to looking for. I don't always find the tracking of hashtags to work as I'd like either, but those are minor issues. Otherwise, it's pretty simple to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing too many platforms with too many separate clients and making sure everything is on track. It's helped take out a big chunk of time during my day trying to post to multiple places multiple times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! Crossposting is helpful and the changes it makes to posts to fit word and character limits is great. The hashtag monitoring isn't always exactly right so keep an eye on that. There are more tools available than ever.
