Hootesuite has done what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Hootsuite is that I can manage all of my social media accounts by organization and by social media channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can never find the people and/or organization I want to tag on Linkedin or Facebook. I have to manually find the post after the fact and add tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way to get proper reporting on our social channels before. Hootsuite offers a ton of different metrics to review.
Good Organizational Tool, but Consider Cost-Effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hootsuite's easy and intuitive setup process, despite a minor error on our part with Twitter. I like the organization component with the calendar and scheduling features, which help me decide when to post. The insights scores reflecting our posts' impact are also beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost for Hootsuite's yearly plan quite steep, especially considering we mainly use it for scheduling posts on multiple platforms. While the impact score is a helpful feature, it's not a primary metric we rely on to measure our success. Additionally, I feel that the time taken to create posts remains largely unaffected, as Hootsuite does not aid in content creation itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule and organize social media posts effectively, relieving the stress of posting while traveling and providing insights into post impact.
Great for Planning and Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the planning pages that show in different views that allow for different creator interactions. I like seeing things as a calendar where some on my team prefer lists. I also like the myriad of analytics that are available for us to use. I have slowly been adding metrics to our dashboards and reports that have helped us improve our effectiveness. Lastly, i appreciate how reliable it is. We rarely have outages and when we do, they are very quickly solved. some of our other messaging softwares are not as dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI writer isn't very strong and there do tend to be some connection issues at times depending on the platform you are using. Sometimes, I do believe this is more on the platform than Hootsuite. The price can also be a bit jarring. Introductory offers can be very nice price wise, but after a year or so, the price can jump significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is pulling active metrics and allowing me to display and easily pull them for our reports. We do reports monthly and quarterly, and I am able to grab data easily and discuss. This also goes for specific posts. Hottsuite also allows us to draft our social posts a week ahead of time allowing us to do a full review of the content before posting.
Social Media at Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of posting to multiple social media platforms in one place. It saves me time, and effort when I'm in the busy season of my work life. Grateful to have it to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great for my needs. I use it daily for my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ability to post news in one area across multiple social media sites. I haven't really utilized as best as I probably should.

One Single Inbox , Save time and Automate social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has one inbox for all accounts(unlimited accounts) , inbox replies and saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, but worth the time it saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves me being able to access multiple customers accounts at the same time.
User Friendly with Good Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and intuitive. The reporting tools provide valuable insights in a format that makes it easy to share with stakeholders. The Save As Draft feature is helpful, along with the option to easily customize content and images by platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes, but would like to see them continue to keep up with AI advancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, planning and research.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who interacts with our brand's social media content mostly as a data analyst, Hootsuite's metrics tracking features, specifically post by post metrics and comparisons, are incredibly helpful! Whether you want detailed analysis of your audience on a particular platform over time, or just a pulse on how well your content is doing on key words and phrases important to your brand, Hootsuite has it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically haven't interacted with the scheduling portion of Hootsuite, and for our specific brand, it's not very helpful. As a brand with a Facebook page and an Instagram account that existed before the Meta acquisition, it's been nearly impossible to get verify our Instagram account of utilize the features Hootsuite offers to monitor our performance there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our biggest problem when it comes to internal marketing, and that's how spread out and unorganized things can tend to be. In Hootsuite, all our analytics and content calendar is in one place for everyone on the team to access when they need it.
The One-Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
I can make ONE post, and have it sent to multiple platforms at once. Being able to schedule and plan ahead is a time saver and makes my life more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
cant think of much that doesn't work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post on all three of my businesses channels at one time without having to login to each and separately post. I can schedule them ahead and then see how they perform after posting.
