What do you like best about the product?
I've been working in social for nearly a decade and Hootsuite has only gotten better. Scalable for any operation and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be prohibitive. Inability to schedule Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily schedule content for a variety of clients

Some bugs, doesn't post exactly the same as the apps themselves.

It allows my library to deploy the job of posting across multiple users in a way they can schedule so that we have consistent presence on social media.

The ease with which I can use the software and complete dashboard which I can use.

Nothing as much, maybe a few updates must be quicker

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage all of your accounts all in one place. This is extremely helpful because I manage multiple business accounts. This helps me keep track of everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pricing but I understand that every business needs to make money off of their product. Other than that it is very easy to use and very easy to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite I am solving the problem to have to go site to site to update each social media page individually. Hootsuite allows me to do it all at once across multiple platforms.

I recommend trying the free version first to see if it is a good fit for their business.
Constantly evolving and improving social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's new post design UI, which allows you to create a base post for all networks and then finetune each network's social media post to work best on that platform, is brilliant! It's so much easier than creating several separate scheduled posts to ensure that we can best utilize Twitter versus Instagram, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an organization that utilizes Twitter so often, we'd love the ability to schedule tweet threads -- unfortunately, Hootsuite doesn't yet have that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to be so much more efficient. As a small organization without a dedicated communications person, we need to maximize our time while still engaging with the community on our platforms. Hootsuite lets us do that quickly!
Planning made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I lol e the features of planning your post as far in advance as you see fit and also the real time analytics of how well your post are doing per network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an automatic adjustment feature for picture optimization and sizing per social media platform.

The option to plan and schedule my content in advance helps free my schedule to focus on other important parts of my job and to easily grasp working concepts
Minimalist While Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
The clear-cut, simple home screen was easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to manage multiple streams, it became overwhelming.

It helped me schedule content but also easily respond to messages within one platform.

Hard To Figure Out
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting channels and viewing streams of multiple accounts

The difficulty in navigating and the lack of options

Social Media Management from a single dashboard is a great solution. Not to mention the scheduling post feature, which is a great add-on.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard was really great to see all the feeds at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little clunky and 2-authentication sign-ins were a hassle.
