What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to plan out social media posts with this product!

The price seemed a little high for a small business/non profit

Plan and implement your social media strategy in one place

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule posts on multiple platforms all in one place. You can then view your schedule for the month and get an overall perspective on your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that should be simpler in the navigation. For example, if you want to view your scheduled posts it takes like 3 steps when it should only take 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning ahead and making sure posting goals aren't missed is the number one focus in my usage, however, there are other added benefits like suggested post dates and times for each platform that tells you the best time to schedule your post.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use and has great results. Just keep an eye on security changes for Facebook, sometimes when they change something it messes up your integration and if this happens scheduled posts won't go through. You have to go in and manually reintegrate. This is just an annoying Facebook thing, you know how they are. Also, I love to use free stock photos in my posts to make them more attractive!

Stop Spending Time Trying To Manage It All

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helped take the stress off me managing several different social medial platforms. I was able to more effectively evaluate the performance of various platforms with the analytical data Hootsuite provided me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I didn't like was having to learn a new program. It's stressful enough managing a variety of posts that I dreaded learning Hootsuite, but it was actually a lot easier than I thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized with their tips and the analytical report that some of my posts were not reaching the amount of people I thought they should be reaching. After following some of the tips provided I was able to see my reach grow along with my followers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend you evaluate your social media reach and analytics before you sign up then one month and six months after using them to see how effective and beneficial their services are to your company.

A complete solution for all social media hustle

What do you like best about the product?
I like how this software allows me to control all my social media accounts from one specific location. It eases my hustle of log-in into every account to manage and engage with my audience. Bulk uploading and pre-scheduling post save a bundle of time. I work with team and collaboration with the help of this software becomes simple now I can share data without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better If it integrated properly with Pinterest and Youtube. The Pricing Plan of this software which I didn't like at all, other softwares with same features offer better pricing as compare to it. The hastage function need to be check It doesn't work as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics and a friendly user interface make this software stand out from the crowd. The statistics report is much easier to read. Hootsuite allowed me to work more in less time, engage more with my audience from one location, simplify my work, and improve my efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite pro makes any marketer's life so much easier. You can do all of your main content posting (especially for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) through their content-creating tools. Their calendar view makes it easy to schedule and plan out posts. Note that you can only schedule up to 5 posts on the free version, so the pro is worth it. We also like the ability to duplicate content across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're at a small organization, it can be tough to argue for the extra expense of pro, but if your content creator is strapped for time it's worth every penny. Cost aside, we don't have tools we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation, social media marketing, social media listening, curated social media lists, and general social media scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the cheaper scheduling tools and worth it for the time saved. Technically you can schedule on Tweetdeck and Facebook for free, but that's two different platforms (and Facebook Business is a nightmare to try and post content on these days). Over the last few years they've also added Instagram as an option to schedule posts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best isn't unique among Hootsuite's competitors: the ability to easily schedule social posts in advance and collaborate with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface unintuitive and cluttered. The learning curve feels slow.
In a previous role, I used Sprout Social. I noticed some useful features included in Sprout that Hootsuite lacks — such as including the first comment on Instagram posts so that you could automatically have a comment with a list of hashtags.
I dislike that I can only view my publication feed at a weekly level. I want the ability to zoom out to a monthly view.
The analytics reporting in Sprout seemed more useful to me. I was better able to show executives how specific campaigns performed by tagging posts and showing their specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite satisfies the basic need to schedule posts in advance and have them go through a process of review.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite changed the game for us. Being able to schedule content far in advance has helped tremendously!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I struggle with is scheduling multiple photos for Instagram. It works for Facebook but I can't get it to work for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has solved all problems with missing important holidays or not posting enough!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the platform works. You can schedule content for multiple social media accounts. You can plan and implement your strategy so easily. This make my life so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have like if they have like a content creation feature builted in. I had to look for content and then upload articles or images. If it had that feature then it was be a one stop solution for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple account on social media for multiple clients. Trying to track and schedule a lot of content in advance. I want to scdudle months ahead. It also helped with tracking each piece of content and how it performed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend it the industry colleagues. It makes life so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy sharing the same constant across different media channels using one software system. This system lets us post to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a cleaner dashboard. The home screen when you sign in is very busy and tends to be overwhelming when wanting to find a specific post or easily access the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of needing to post the same content across multiple media channels. We have the same content that we want to post, and this service lets us do it from one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
The effective use of time being able to schedule and post on multiple platforms at once.
Insights allows for a view of what posts are working, whos they're reaching, what platforms are best for one's specific content, analyze the cadence of posts. Engagement with leads/prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some similar products out there that are free and have similar features, of course not all, but I for some, that works.
I'd like to be able to use it free on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see when are viewers reading posts (what times are the best to post), what content they would like to view.
I stopped posting unnecessary content that wasn't being read and saved time and effort.
Answer the correct questions needed to see and focus on the correct leads and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good option to check out if within budget. Other options are similar but this has already resolved some glitches others haven't.
