What do you like best about the product?
Analytics - being able to obtain historical data that native analytics will not provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is clunky and can be buggy at times. Cannot attach pdfs within Hootsuite, have to post natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More flexible posting. Obtaining analytics conveniently for long period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
most intuitive and easiest tool out there to use when managing multiple accounts with multiple users

The analytics reports are a little difficult to setup and for some reason the metrics are different than what we pull natively from the sites

We are able to manage multiple accounts with a team and have a process that allows us to draft content and then have managers review and schedule. makes everything so much easier
Great Software to Make Your Social Media Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app integrates with just about any social platform. Having easy scheduling access to all of the social media platforms makes content creation and content strategy much more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because all of the social platforms can be integrated with Hootsuite, this can create a complex dashboard if you don't know your way around Hootsuite. There is a bit of a learning curve when understanding the layout and design of Hootsuite. Likewise, when viewing things like analytics, it can be easy to look at the wrong platform or the wrong week of analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule all of my content across all social platforms PLUS view the analytics of how well the content has performed. It's made content creation and developing a content calendar much more manageable.
It feels outdated and is hard to use.

I like the ability to schedule posts in advance- but most platforms allow you to do this directly now.

It feels outdated and clunky.

Scheduling posts in advance. Sometimes, posting to more than one page (those this ability is very limited).

What do you like best about the product?
It looks like a good enough product, unifying messaging to many social media platforms.
However, given my experiences, I have a hard time being positive about this product.

I started a free trial. I automatically got charged 585€ for a yearly subscription.
I then talked to support, who told me they could refund the charge.
After which they stopped responding.

Unify managing social media accounts.
I hardly tested the product though honestly, since I just created a trial account to see how the integration with other social media worked.

Sometimes experience glitches where a post won't go out on all platforms as anticipated but will also disappear from HS

I started using Hootsuite two years back, and I really loved this.
There are so many things that I like about Hootsuite:

*Drag and drop calendar features
*Unified social inbox where you can reply to messages
*Social stream feature for social monitoring
*Ability to boost posts and run ad campaigns
*Free stock library
*Suggest the best time to publish and so on.

There is nothing specific that I can mention that Hootsuite lacks this.

Hootsuite has made my life easier as a Social media marketing freelancer.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you can see all of your social posts and feeds on one screen. It makes it easy to schedule multiple posts at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more analytics within the products. It would be nice if that was also pulled in.

It saves time by providing the ability to do and see everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The content publisher/scheduler feature has a nice calendar layout and I appreciate the recommended times to post. Additionally, the draft feature makes collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite limits the number of account analytics you can track and does not allow draft tweet threads which would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for social media scheduling across platforms. I appreciate that I can start with a base copy then adapt it across channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's tricky to use with multiple people and is overwhelming at first.
