What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts for Linkedin as I am working to grow my professional network. I also have it connected to my Twitter account so that I can share on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited and the subscription version is expensive. I wish there was an entry level for subscriptions for someone that is trying to build their profile but not at that influencer level yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, I would share as soon as I found interesting articles or Memes but I could share three at once and then go weeks without sharing anything. Hootsuite allows me to schedule them out so that I maximize my reach to the audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I so much love Hootsuites chatbots. Thanks to them , we are responding faster to simple queries posed by our customers on social media. Thereby, giving our human social media team , the breathing space to respond faster to complex queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have often wondered why we are unable to add multiple media files , when sharing content to our social media accounts using Hootsuite. However, I was told Hootsuite is not the only social media management platform with this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of needing to deliver customer care to customers of my bank on the various social media platforms, where we have got a presence.
The ability we now have to efficiently manage messages from all of our social media platform seamlessly , is a very important Hootsuite benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way you set up and The possiblity to have your own streams based on the keyboards you need at the moment is wonderful. I have not found any other software that solves this so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have raised the prices but it is still a lot of value! So no, I don't dislike anything at Hootsuite! Mostly I recommend my customers the free plan. Sometimes the professional. But my customers often don't have more than five social media accounts - but they might like to have some features only available in other plans but definitely don't need the 35+ accounts. So for those I customers, an add-on feature choice would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with not having a good view of all streams which is essential when working with social media. A keyword that was important last week is probably not interesting next week. So to easily set up new streams is Great. And many of my customers are family entrepreneurs that need time-effective solutions that are not complicated and easy to learn. They love! Hootsuite

Just try Hootsuite out. Start a trial or the free account. Set up the accounts and start watching what marks your brand is making on the web.

I love being able to see what's working and what's not working, and then tweaking our overall strategy.
Excellent Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an outstanding business social media manager. The post scheduling works great and is very useful during events. The best thing I liked about this is its powerful reporting about user behavior on the social media page. It also organizes priority customer questions on posts pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process was not easy. The user interface is difficult to navigate.

Hootsuite helped us to track user behavior on posts using its real-time user analytics tool. Also, it allows us to automate and schedule posts on multiple social media platforms.

The ability to post to many social platforms all at once

Each social platform has different prefered sizes of graphics which you can easily change within the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time if there is something that you want to be posted to all your social platforms, unfortunately that is rare because it still looks more professional to post within each platform for better customization
Hootsuite makes everything better
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule everything in one place and also keep track of how your posts are looking. Additionally, my favorite part is that I can create custom feeds with keywords or phrases on a specific channel. Definite game-changer for tracking twitter mentions!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hootsuite doesn't let you 'create' a social post on the platform. I know this is unusual, but if they were somehow able to create this concept, their platform would be the best in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finally able to track all of my social channels and get insight into how they're doing! I've realized that this is actually a lot easier than I thought it would be when I didn't have Hootsuite. ee
Great all in one marketing suite
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Intuitive. No prior automation experience is necessary. Thier chat support is superior as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, and if you want a truly all in one enterprise edition, prepare to shell out big bucks!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature and seeing notifications in one go, especially with the Facebook page. I did not want to have to connect my personal account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the extra step to of downloading an app to post on Instagram-- it interrupts workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our social media was nonexistent, so Hootsuite helps streamline and stay motivated by scheduling posts in advance.

Love how I can schedule across multiple platforms at the same time

Getting everything connected was really difficult to the point where I wasn't able to connect Instagram at all
