A good tool for small to medium sized business!
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience and ease of use. Lots of articles available to understand how the tool works as well as case studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike; more or less, it's a good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used Hootsuite at an older organization to solve few marketing problems that we had. It was a good social tool to observe how our brand was engaging online.
Great for Social Media Scheduling & Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best platform I have used for social media scheduling. Hootsuite creates a user-friendly way to schedule your Facebook and Instagram posts, tweets and more. The calendar layout when scheduling is a very helpful tool for planning your posts days, weeks, or even months ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hootsuite is not alone with this issue, it is very inconvenient that Hootsuite does not have the ability to post multiple Instagram photos on one post at a time. To do this, you must have a notification sent to a mobile device to post it live at that time. This is not great when you have multi-photo posts that you wish to post during off-hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with most marketing professionals, social media posting cannot stop once you leave the office. Hootsuite scheduling allows professionals to plan their social content ahead of time and post during peak engagement hours, whether it's during work hours or not. Additionally, Hootsuite enables you to engage with followers by answering messages and commenting back in the platform. You can create tabs that feature each social profile, making it easy to engage with followers in a streamlined way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can post to more than one social media platform at once. I handle marketing for some clients and I use it to post on their facebook and twitter accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytic features can be very buggy but otherwise it's a great software to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media resolutions and conflicts for clients or my personal use.

Give Hootsuite a chance! You won't regret it.

I like the detailed analytics portion of Hootsuite, as
well as how simple it was to connect each account to the platform and set them up in the system. I also liked the free trial period.

I very much dislike that you have to schedule each post on each platform
individually. This takes SO MUCH more time than the schedulers that allow you to set up one post and individualize it for each platform in the same area.

I was trying to solve the problem of having multiple clients with multiple platforms and needing to schedule posts for each of them rather than going in and individually posting for each one.
Perfect for Social Media posting
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very user-friendly social media management platform that covers almost every aspect of a social media manager's role. It saves me a lot of time since it allows me to schedule all my post weeks in advance!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have all the options and the functionality offered in some of the native tools. For example, tagging is not allowed for all social media platforms, and it does not have all the options that Facebook Creator Studio has. This downside makes me prefer posting directly to Facebook when I have a video post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule posts weeks in advance. It saves me tons of time. Also, I create one post and share it to 2-4 different social media platforms. The publisher tool is quite good too since I get a calendar with all my scheduled posts in one place.

Hootsuite is a complete social media management platform that helps you with post scheduling and hashtag monitoring.

there is nothing that I particularly dislike in the software, but a feature to manage the paid social media accounts would have be very good

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule social media posts and see it as a celendr is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to be better when I first started using it and now other social media sites keep updating and changing things by adding restrictions that makes it harder for Hootsuite to be as good as it once was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past year no problems have been solved with Hootsuite. Sorry to say this but I question the need for it now that there is FB and IG Business Suite. I can't really say Performance increased or decreased as I have also been pulled away from being able to do as much social media as before. In part it's becasue I have other more urgent assignments and jobs to complete.
Hootsuite is one of my most valued organization and advertising tools!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a very organized person by nature; Hootsuite helps me organize and plan head for my advertising campaigns and posts. I can see and plan in easy, simple steps where i can easily access, change any post without having to jump through hoops! I also LOVE the streaming feature; it's very beneficial in the travel indestry!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything lacking. Any issues with the disconnection of platforms is always a simple reconnection fix. I have no recommendations at this time.

Utilizing hootsuite allows me to stream and see relitive posts as well as plan and post far enough in advance which effects my productivilty and ablity to promote the travel indeastery to the best of my ability.
Platform that schedules social media content, plus so much more
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows me to not only schedule social media posts on multiple platforms on behalf of different organizations, but it also allows me to monitor them and advertise on them. As you can imagine, it's a great tool that does everything thanks to its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more robust built-in media libraries, according to me. Though it is a nice feature to have, there are few options for the user to choose from when choosing clipart or GIFs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through scheduling a time during my week when I'm able to sit down for an hour and plan all of our social media marketing, I'm saving time. The posts can be scheduled in advance so that I don't have to log into five different social media platforms and post throughout the week, which would not only create disruptions during my day but would also prevent our organization from sending these posts at the most appropriate time.

The social media management platform, Hootsuite, is a reliable one. In order to monitor the public commentary concerning your brand, Hootsuite makes it easy for you to gather all public remarks from the general public. So I would recommend it.
