Save time and effort without losing quality
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps schedule posts and shares best times of day and week to post making my page reach the most people possible organically. Hootsuite also hosts webinars that help me learn more and become an expert on social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Hootsuite. I use what I want to and don't have to use what I don't need. It's easy and clear. I wish I was better at using the evaluation tool, but that isn't because Hootsuite is bad, its because I haven't taken the time to lean how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts on my social media pages was a problem before, but with Hootsuite, it is so easy and convenient. I used to wonder when to post to get the most views and engagement, but now Hootsuite tells me that too. I can also use the Canva tool under publisher and that makes it easy to have high-quality posts with great images. Finally, I can post to multiple social media pages and platforms at the same time saving me a lot of time and effort!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you try the free account for a couple of weeks, get familiar with it, and make sure it is appropriate for you. I am willing to guess after you try it you are going to love it as much as me and want to pay a few dollars for the ease and convenience of the product! I recommend you check it out today!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the scheduler is great. Just about anyone can use the features, and I personally love the calendar where I can see all channels and their content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to be more free... now, the free subscription only allows a few posts. I understand, but I think fewer people may use Hootsuite if they are a one-man band doing marketing and trying to stick to a tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME! Instead of scheduling out by visiting Facebook, then Twittter, etc. I can do it all in one place. This leaves time to work on other important marketing goals.

What do you like best about the product?
A true time-saver. You can easily schedule posts in advance and can even duplicate posts which saves time. The calendar tool helps track posting schedules to see any gaps or conflicts with the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. I have had snafus with the free version, but with the agency version I'm currently using, it has been smooth sailing. I recommend it to all my colleagues and friends in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use it for auto-scheduling. Facebook and Pinterest allow for pre-scheduling directly on their platform, but Hootsuite is necessary for Twitter and LinkedIn. It would be nice to publish to Google My Business, too, but I assume that's more of a GMB challenge.

What do you dislike about the product?
TBH there is nothing I dislike, only if possible to see the draft content panel on the right where I can drag and drop on the calendar would be great, but I'm not having any dislike so far,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing social media posts, and drafting contents way earlier, and picking the best time to do the post, and especially, I'm able to delete or change the post 1 minute before the scheduled time, that is awesome. and drag and drop the content in the calendar that is a super cool and best thing why we are stuck to Hootsuite last 6 years now.

Hootsuite is free, and very powerful social media management tool.

I think it is really convenient for posting and scheduling content.

The fact that I can save a lot of time when I am posting because at once I can post on 2 or more social accounts. It seems pretty comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can improve at the moment to add the location where I am posting. In the case of Twitter, the location is very limited to a specific region.

I can post at one time in the Social Media accounts we have.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all the business profiles in 1 dashboard, never missing a comment, dm, etc.

The publisher could be more robust and allow more coding and tagging

Hootsuite saves time by allowing everything to feed into streams so I can see everything at a glance.

Easy to use and to set up scheduled posts for social media. All of the automation saved us a ton of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more google business tools. Youtube and Tiktok missing. MIssing the ability to upload thumbnails for videos

Don't have to log into all the different logins but can post once to all and any time. I love the duplicate function and editing before posts.
Friendly to use and good customer service when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is easy to use for anyone, even when you don't have a big knowledge with technology. I also like the fact that there is an app where you can edit a program post directly from your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't program a post within the 5 mins before you want to publish. It often caused problems to me specially when I have to edit the post last minute.

Hootsuite allows our organization to track multiple inputs and statistics regarding our social media platforms. It also allows us to program everything we want in only one place instead of moving between every platform all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule content ahead and post it on multiple platforms. I love that I can create drafts so I can contemplate content before posting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Hootsuite. I've used it for many years since starting my business.

Not having enough time and having to wear multiple hats. It also gives me help with #s on a shoestring budget so I feel that I can compete.
