What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule to all platforms with the same content. And, I like the streams - and being able to see everything in a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it is a little cumbersome to personalize each post for each platform. There may be a way to do this, but I haven't learned it yet. I don't like how editing sometimes triggers and additional publishing of the same post - I'm sure it is user error - but I would like it to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing and ease of planning. I also appreciate the analytics and easy ability to see everything in a glance.
It remembers to post, when I don't.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping up with posting to social media was a challenge for me, I forgot to post, a lot. This solves that problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was on the free plan having to navigate past the upgrade screen every time I use it was annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing my presence on social, especially Linkedin, without spending as much time posting each day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see all my scheduled channels in one spot. I also like how the UI guides me through creating a post. The analytics are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Publisher feels clunky to me. And I can never find any drafts that I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big benefit for me is time savings. We're a small shop, I'm the only one creating and posting content.
My favourite content scheduler! It's a program that I swear by.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy access to everything and being able to use it as a one-stop-shop for all social media. It makes me feel more efficient and like I can stress less by taking care of my social media management in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would be able to schedule Instagram reels, it would be super useful! It would also be great if I could tag other accounts right in the images on Instagram and Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to take care of all my scheduling in one shot, so I don't have to worry about it day by day. I feel that I am able to do much more, more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As someone who has used other social media planners and schedulers, I would definitely consider using Hootsuite over the others.
I was introduced to Hootsuite through Stepup.one, and I was able to learn alot and master the tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the publisher, calendar, and the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down sides is when using a the mobile version. When composing a post it doesn't give you the enough sapce to place a link preview

Managing my personal and clients accounts at the time in Hootsuite. The feature to measure results.

It's a tool to solve your problems when you're new to social marketing and you don't know where to start

What do you like best about the product?
I love creating and posting all within one platform to all the socials that I most frequently use. I use Canva primarily to make my content. Compared to other software, Hootsuite is easy to use and I love the account analytic emails I receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I was able to download the content I create using Canva within the Hootsuite software so that I could use the same content on my website/google my business, as currently I cannot post directly to those accounts from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps to keep me organized! Before I started using Hootsuite, it was difficult for me to remember what I had posted and sometimes if I had even posted at all! Having all that information in one place increases my efficiencies and helps me stay on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember that Hootsuite is limited to where it posts. If you have a modest budget for social media marketing, you might want to explore what Hootsuite offers compared to other companies or do it manually yourself. My company uses TikTok and Google my Business, which are not currently "postable" options on Hootsuite. Thus, we make the content we can on Canva linked to Hootsuite, post it to the linked accounts, and then have to pop into Google and TikTok to do separate posting there. If your company uses TikTok and Google as primary marketing means, Hootsuite might not be suitable for you. If your company uses Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram as primary marketing means, and you have the budget to get Canva Pro and Hootsuite, I truly believe you will be happy with Hootsuite as a bulk posting software.
Social Media Scheduling Platform plus so much more
What do you like best about the product?
This tool not only lets me schedule social media posts on multiple platforms for different organizations, but it also allows me to track and advertise on them. This is an all-in-one, easy to use online tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I do not like about Hootsuite is how they post to Instagram when you have several pictures. I have had issues with my reception and trying to self-publish with the Hootsuite reminder and set up can be difficult when I am working in remote areas. I hope this is one area that they will continue to improve upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are focusing on solving right now are getting the community to know more about us and Hootsuite has been a great tool for that. We have realized that we can utilize this tool to reach the maximum audience engagement without having to do a ton of extra work.
Great tool for managing your social media!
What do you like best about the product?
When our company first introduced Hootsuite, I was a little skeptical. I had a system for managing all of our social media platforms and I thought I was all dialed in. Within the first day of using the program, I could see immediately how much of my time was going to be freed up by using the tools that Hootsuite provided. We have been using it for about a year and we absolutely cannot live without it. Other programs are similar but they just don't offer all of the time-saving convenience that we have come to enjoy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better interaction with YouTube. Otherwise, this is great for everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a time-saving tool that also makes it easier to provide consistency through all platforms. Multiple users have access and we can stay on top of our social media with ease.
Love it! I would recommend, but there are limitations.
What do you like best about the product?
The support is great! Also, the tools keep getting nice updates. I feel you can use almost any social media platform with Hootsuite and everyone can understand the basics after a quick 15--minute tutorial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has been around for years. I believe I started using this tool for social media about 7 years ago. Back then, you could basically use the free version in its entirely without a miss of the beat Now, it has gotten a little pricier and the free version is somewhat useless for social media professionals that want to schedule out more content than just 5 posts at a time. Also, I do not like scheduling video content ahead of time on Hootsuite. It feels very limited and you might as well wait to post it live. It disconnects profiles all of the time as well due to security. It can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that I would definitely like to get more with the pro version. It's 10 social media accounts, but I have many clients. The social media accounts might be a total of 5 for one client so basically I need to upgrade to enterprise, but it's too costly so I use alternatives. The benefits are super! I think it's great for approving content and mapping out your week. I save a lot of content in draft just to keep it on my radar which is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of adding social media sites and also posting and scheduling posts.

I have been using the platform for several years now and I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is time management. This platform allows me to manage all of my social media accounts for all of my clients with ease. I can post instantly or schedule posts for the future.
