What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a fantastic tool for anyone who needs to manage multiple social media accounts efficiently, and I give it a solid 8 stars. Its greatest strength lies in its easy-to-use planning and scheduling features, which allow me to create and schedule content for various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn from a single, centralized dashboard. This not only saves me a significant amount of time but also ensures my online presence remains consistent and active. The intuitive interface makes the whole process smooth and straightforward, making Hootsuite an invaluable part of my social media workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing: The cost can be a factor, especially for smaller businesses or individual users. Some essential features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can make it less accessible for those on a tight budget.

As the marketing manager for an automotive dealership group managing multiple rooftops, Hootsuite has been a crucial tool in helping us stay organized and efficient. It allows us to manage all our social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more—from one central dashboard, which saves me countless hours each week.
The scheduling tools are particularly valuable. I can map out our content weeks in advance, keep messaging consistent across rooftops, and avoid the daily scramble of manual posting. The calendar layout is clean and easy to use, helping me stay focused and productive.
One area that’s really exciting, though, is Hootsuite’s new AI-powered features. While still relatively new, the AI tools for post suggestions, caption writing, and scheduling insights are genuinely useful—and getting better with time. It’s clear that Hootsuite is investing in the future, and I’m excited to see how the platform continues to evolve with AI and automation at the core.

Account disruptions do happen, and I find myself having to reconnect profiles more often than I’d like—which can be frustrating when managing a large volume of pages. Also, API limitations mean some content types—like Instagram Reels or Stories—require native posting if we want to access full creative functionality. It's understandable, but it’s something to consider if your strategy relies heavily on rich, platform-specific content.

Managing multiple social media accounts across multiple rooftops efficiently. Without it, I’d be constantly logging in and out of different platforms, juggling spreadsheets, and losing time trying to coordinate posts manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a PR firm where we manage our own accounts as well as clients' accounts. Hootsuite helps to map out weeks' content in advance. The scheduling tool is a life saver for us - it keeps us on brand and avoid back to back emails. For brand reputation, we have set up multiple brand mentioning boards so we can keep an eye on social media conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love its analytics dashboard, but they don't have integration with Google Analytics for 360 analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, Hootsuite helps to manage weeks of content in advance and is a board tool to manage reputation by keeping an eye on customer interactions so we can take the right action on time to build or save brand reputation. That's our core business. Hootsuite team collaboration saves our team from back-to-back emails and messages to edit content for the brand. Basically, Hootsuite gave our team mental peace and a professional image in front of our clients.

Hootsuite's scheduling functionality is incredibly intuitive and saves so much time. The ability to manage all our accounts in one dashboard is a huge win, and the analytics tools make it easy to track performance across campaigns

Occasionally, there are delays in syncing or publishing content across certain platforms, which can be a bit frustrating. Some of the more advanced reporting features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which might not be ideal for smaller teams or businesses on a budget. That said, the core features more than meet our day-to-day needs

Before using Hootsuite, we had to log into each platform separately, which was time-consuming and made it difficult to maintain consistency in tone and timing. Now, we can schedule and publish content across all our channels from one place, ensuring better coordination and time management. It also solves the problem of tracking performance, providing clear and easy-to-understand analytics that help us measure ROI and refine our strategy. As a result, we’ve been able to improve engagement, streamline our workflow, and free up time to focus on content quality and campaign planning.

The posting time suggestions are extremely helpful, as well as the insights and platform data. Makes posting in advance so simple!

Some glitches that have popped up periodically preventing publishing stories. They are currently resolved thanks to customer support.

Great app, really helpful for my company. User friendly, easy to navigate.

How easy it is to schedule a handful of posts, also the recommended post time feature I have found really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't move around tags when tagging people in posts. Also formatting is not always the same as in Hootsuite vs the actual social media app so constant updating to that would be helpful. I have had to go back and edit posts on instagram and Facebook after to make formatting clean nd professional.

Helps create a plan for posting, the calendar option is great. Also the fact that it tracks everything from followers to accounts reached, helps me gauge what is working and what is nt for my company.
Good product for the price
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use with an accessible interface. I enjoy the quick performance score on the homepage and consistently updated suggestions to improve content. Scheduling posts is a breeze. We use this daily and a platform like this is a necessity to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to post Instagram stories that includes using features that are in the app like a question box or countdown.
We have run into a couple of instances where we scheduled a post way in advance and when it comes time to post, the image seems to glitch and we have to redo the post since the platform could not "remember" the photo.
Customer support can take a while to reach but they do always follow up.

It's helping us optimize our platform to our users in real time. It takes some of the guessing out of the quation.

AI to help craft social posts, schedule posts for multiple platforms at once, preview how your post will look. We use the variety of tools daily.

The link shortener could be improved by making it more obvious it has been shortened.

adding facebook account is laggy as it requires multiple attempts. Now i dont have that issue.
