Fantastic insight on SEO performance
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to combine searches, save them so that we can keep track of keyword performances, wide site coverage that brings timely in-depth insights

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has stood the test of time for usability and range of integratable social platforms, but falls short in some aspects. While expensive compared to competitiors, many users will find it's toolset invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant Instagram/Facebook API changes means that Hootsuite can be slow to roll out updates. Not being able to schedule 'first comments' is incredibly disappointing when far cheaper options have this natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When managing larger social portfolios, across multiple brands and platforms, Hootsuite reduces time expended when posting identical content across multiple channels.
Multiple Platform Integration Makes Social Posting a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to send our social media posts to ALL of our social accounts with the touch of a button. Scheduling weeks in advance is so helpful for our business as we get too busy to do daily social media upkeep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is a bit pricey if you're a smaller company like us. It would be nice to have more package options in pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily schedule a few days a month to create all of our upcoming social media content and push it all to a single platform where the posting is automated for us. Saves us so much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is worth it as long as you're taking advantage of ALL of the different platforms you can connect. Make it work for you!
The best entry-level social media management and listening tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's free tier, especially for people new to social media management or learning how to operate a professional social presence, is a very effective starting point with robust features
What do you dislike about the product?
The lowest paid tier of Hootsuite's service does not provide much additional value compared to other services. Reporting and listening tools are useful but not enough to justify cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is currently being used as an educational tool for students and new professionals to get used to a social media management environment, as well as for accessing their strong Academy of knowledge and certifications. Their higher education offerings are very robust
Easy, user-friendly analytics and social media posting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hootsuite is scheduling posts out in advance. Another great part about this website tool is that you can see all your social channels lined up next to one another for comparisons on how they are performing on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike about this website is that it's not as analytic heavy. So, for those looking to have an all in one site to use for scheduling posts, and analytics this may not be the best option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows you to figure which social channel performs the best with the use of analytics, the scheduler tool, and the fact that you can create columns and tabs that show reposts, likes, shares etc.
Social media softwate that serves its purpose but is lacking in UI design.

Schedules social media posts on time and enables the integration of multiple platforms for the same account, such LinkedIn, IG, FB, and Twitter.

Not very straightforward for first time users.
A bit slow. I've had better a experience in scheduling posts on Facebook. Having to manually upload multiposts, as this is not considered automatic scheduling.

It helps me publish my social media posts on time and in an organized manner, which is very helpful when we need to post for the client on holidays or after work hours.
Making Social Media Marketing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule multiple posts in advance, which saves me time and allows me to plan marketing campaigns. The software also gives me suggestions regarding when my posts will be most effective. The biggest reason I love Hootsuite is its ability to post to multiple social media channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the built-in media library should be more robust. It is nice to have this feature, but your options when choosing clipart of GIFs are very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time by scheduling a time during my week when I can sit down for an hour and plan all of our social media marketing to go out throughout the week. Scheduling the posts keeps me from having to log into five different social media platforms and post throughout the week, which would not only create interruptions during my day but also would not provide our organization with opportune times to send these posts out.

What do you like best about the product?
Hoot suite is Friendly user, you can manage your social media accounts in one software. Have free trial, insights, messages, notifications and other features that will make my job more easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest! I didn't see any dislike in using hoot suite. Exempt for the payment. I suggest atleast 30days free trial for 1 month content plan and used it properly.

Managing my social media accounts using one software. Content plan, Calendar, Posting, messages, comments, insights and other features that helps me manage my social media accounts.
Inexpensive, not reliable
What do you like best about the product?
This is a good foundation for businesses that are just starting out with a formalized social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not entirely reliable. Our social accounts have been disconnected on several occasions. I also find that it doesn't always post cleanly, meaning the live post is very different from the preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save time scheduling out posts in advance. It's also been helpful to have a formalized social calendar to share and look at as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for a beginning phase into social media marketing. Cost-efficient and does enough.
Easy to Use for Non-Marketing Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
While I am not in a marketing profession, I do help with the social media advertising for a nonprofit we support at my company. With no formal marketing experience, it's important to me to have an easy to use and navigate system that is foolproof for advertising. Hootsuite is exactly that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite disconnects accounts, which makes it a bit tricky when working on a team who manage different platforms. However, this is not a huge issue and generally easily resolved. Also, it is not possible to tag accounts on different platforms, which makes sense but then does not allow us to post on multiple accounts at the same time, basically I have to go through and do a new post per platform so I can tag the right accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to post on many platforms at the same time, which saves time. We also can schedule out posts in advance, which is so nice when you are moving at a million miles per hour and don't have the bandwidth to stop for a while each day to post- I can dedicate one time each week to schedule out posts in advance, which is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is simple and user friendly- I had no training on the system and was able to use it with ease. Highly recommend for any team, tech-savvy or otherwise. The only recommendation I would make is to ensure that you know the log in information to all your accounts! Sometimes the accounts disconnect and then it gets difficult to figure out how to update.
