Social Savior!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule as long in advance as needed is an amazing feature. It is so easy to navigate too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability for instagram to automatically publish more than one photo. It, instead, has the mobile push notification option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the issue of maintaining a schedule of posting as well as where and when items are being posted. I realized new trend analytics.
Hooting for Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me the opportunity to get my social media set up in advance and manage my schedule. The flexibility of being able to create post, edit graphics for multiple requirements for the various platforms is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if some of the legacy customers could get some of the new upgrades without having to pay new fees, as we've been loyal customers for many years. It would also be nice to be able to change fonts and folding underlining italics etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I have my assistant doing posts for me the ability to have them log in and manage posting, keeping drafts for me to see at a later date keep puts my mind at ease when someone new is taking over this task. Having the ability to change something on the fly is important as well once in a while when I can't come up with a good image the media library is helpful. With the site named and the number sometimes I am even able to find the same image on one of my image sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics you can compare your growth. Saves time, good and easy to set up posts. It's possible to post on multiple social media at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the tool. I just think the library doesn't offer too many options

A good app when it works
What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to work with many counts of many apps in one place, is very useful, but it could be better with more apps linked, the draft system is useful to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app worked too well before the last actualization, but nowadays I have many problems connecting my Instagram and my Facebook counts. That's why I actually don't use it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the facility to count my characters, function necessary to do Instagram and Twitter posts, save my drafts, and many things like that. It's quicker to do posts with Hootsuite than do it with original apps.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that there's a single hub for all our social media needs. Our marketing team can easily access scheduling, analytics, and customer communications. Hootsuite makes our workload lighter - while making our team more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite experiences points of disconnection with our social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small marketing team, there is never enough time to do everything. Hootsuite is helping us schedule, connect, and reach our target audiences in a more dynamic way.

Continue to update the Hootsuite software and design.
Best in class social media integration software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post to multiple networks simultaneously is excellent for maintaining a presence on all the networks that matter these days. It's a remarkable API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post the same copy at multiple times with the same click is unfortunate given what I usually use Hootsuite for, and they'll need to integrate more networks to stay up to date with newer social media norms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple networks within a single interface is excellent and has saved a tremendous amount of time in my role as a social media manager. I am impressed.
Good Social Media Content Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can link all of the social media accounts I have and see all of them in the same place. This site allows you to create and schedule to go out on any or all of the social media accounts you have. You could release content right away or schedule it to go out at a certain time and date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I disliked the most was that sometimes when I would try to upload pictures or videos that did not meet the requirements of the site, it would not tell me until after I uploaded them to post. I had a 20-30 second video I was trying to post to a social media account, and it took over 3 hours for Hootsuite to render the video to be able to post it. After that, it said it could not post it due to the format of the video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Hootsuite solved for me was to share content out on all of my accounts from one place instead of having to post from each account. The more accounts I created on different platforms, the more an application like Hootsuite became necessary for smooth and easy content management.
I am very satisfied wih this tool.

Makes it easier for me to work with social networks, I have an overview of posts and statistics. I can easily manage multiple social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any comments for the work with Hootsuite.

it' s very easy to use and very intuitive. I also like the recommended posting times within the scheduler as well as the analytics tool

the cost. there's a big cost jump between plans
